Great Pack. Lots of pockets and Romo for short to long runs. Bladder plus pockets for two flasks in the front. Great overall pack. The only negative issue I can speak on is the mesh over the shoulders, on my last pack (same style) ripped after a year or so. I still can use it, but it is something to consider. I mainly use it for trail running. I would recommend this pack for 50k to 100 mile races for sure.

I use the pack while cycling. It holds enough liquid to refresh w/o adding noticeable weight. The compartments are great for wallet, keys, phone &c. but it’s not a backpack. Light enough in hot and humid conditions. Easily worn under a wind breaker or rain gear. Doesn’t quite work riding a motorcycle cycle while wearing a full face helmet but could be adapted with a 3/4 or open face helmet. I’m sure for running it’d be good too as my daughter tried it on a run without a problem. She thought it be more suitable for distance (10+ miles) rather than shorter distances.

Amazing running vest with tons of pockets. Very lightweight, breathable, and not scratchy. Works well with Osprey running water bottles as well. Would recommend wearing a shirt underneath as can cause chaffing on longer runs of 10 miles and up

The vest succeeded all expectations. It’s lightweight has room for your phone, gel packs, keys, and also two 500 mL flask that are optional which I highly recommend getting as well.

This is hands down the best hydropack for festivals I've used. It's lightweight, slim, and easy to fill at the busy water stations at festivals.

Lightweight and durable. Only complaint is that the bite valve is prone to tearing

It's a good vest, but there's some nipple chafing issues that I need to make some modifications on the vest for. I think other people have identified the same problem as well. There's a mesh material that faces the chest that causes the chafing if you put a smoother material between yourself and that mesh, you should be okay.

No te sentirás incómodo pues permite perfectamente la transpiración aún durante largas distancias. Está fabricado con materiales reciclados en la mayoría de las partes y aprobado con el sello bluesign. La marca es garantía de calidad, tengo una mochila también con sistema de hidratación y la he llevado a largas excursiones y ha funcionado de gran manera, esto me hizo decidirme por Osprey por encima de otras marcas. Definitivamente lo recomiendo.
