Clean Pure Taste, Top Organic Quality
The price is a bit steep for the number of servings. I take half a scoop a couple times a week, so about $55-60 for 40 servings. With other organic options available now though, I hope competition drives the price down a bit in the future. I consider this broth to be of a medicinal/whole food quality compared to isolated collagen powder that's heavily processed/atomized in comparison and lacks the natural gelatin/vitamins/minerals. The micronutrients and different types of peptides in bone broth can help repair damaged tissue in ways that plain collagen powder cannot. Depending on your use/reason for supplementing, other forms may be more ideal on a grams per dollar basis. It tastes like pure umami/beef stock, though I usually add soy sauce and sesame oil for a light asian styled broth. Best mixed with boiling water, not just hot. If you use near-boiling water, it dissolves uniformly within a minute. No other protein/collagen/gelatin has been as effective on repairing gut/organ damage than bone broth in my experience.

Worth Every Penny
My doctor recommended making bone broth at home to help heal my gut. Who has time to track down organic beef bones and slow cook them for 24 hours? I opted for this organic bone broth powder instead. It's great and it is healing my gut, without all the work. I looked at many products before I purchased and this was one of the few that was organic, and the only one that was pure bone broth. Plus, it contains protein which is perfect for my morning smoothie routine. Some reviews talked about the foaming, I blend it with nut milk, berries and a few other powdered supplements and have no issues with foaming. I buy the plain and there really is no taste. I am on my 4th container, and it's worth every penny!

Great Quality
I purchased both the organic unflavored and the unflavored non-organic options. I tasted both of these dry powders right out of their containers. The organic version has an amazing "super tasty" beefy flavor, absolutely delicious to me, and since then, it is the only way I consume it. The non-organic version did not taste as good, but my nearly 15 year old dog loves it, lol. I have reviewed many bone broth products to date because of their incredible health potentials, and these are the only ones I have seen that indicate "low heat, and time consuming" preparation, as well as "...rich in chondroiitin, hyaluronic acid, amino acids, collagen, and glucosamine." all of which are ESSENTIAL for optimal benefits. I have consumed many pounds of this product since my first order, and the high quality and rich delicious flavor remains constant from batch after batch. It is my #1 choice once again. I am a health care provider, and I credit high quality beef bone collagen, like Left Coast, with improving my recovery from a decades old shoulder injury.

Great Bang For The Buck
The first thing that impressed me was the Bone Broth Powder was actually filled about 90% as opposed to the usual 75% filled or lower that other companies do. As for the Bone Broth itself, it actually did not taste as bad as I thought it was going to (I tried a tiny bit of straight powder on my finger). There is no sugar and it is not flavored so I expected it to taste pretty bad, but it kind of has a neutral taste. I use mine in protein shakes... I used a cup or so of kefir goat milk, some organic plant milk, little water, 3 frozen bananas, 5 ice cubes, 1 tbsp of sugar free chocolate jello powder, and 1 scoop of the Organic Bone Broth Powder... it actually tasted really good, but that was probably due to the bananas being pretty fermented and frozen for sweetness. I had no bloating and I drank it pretty fast. High quality product for sure, definitely going to buy again.

Rumblelina...
While taste is hardly ever a problem, this product has a bad taste and is VERY nauseating, hence, "Rumblelina". It's so bad, that after having it for several weeks, I've only had a serving or two (I need ~2 days to recover). I never really decided to continue with the product, much less take it daily, and now I get this email to review it. In one word, here it is, "blaawwhhh!". The seller is right, when it comes to mixing, using a blender means it can get foamy. I was thinking I'd have to mix it with CO (coconut oil), OO (olive oil), honey, ice, ice cream, alcohol, Imodium AD, gorilla glue, cement, or SOMEthing to capture the product and keep it from foaming up. Currently, I don't have the fortitude to experiment with all the posibilities. If I can cut down on the foam, I may be able to reduce nausea, but I don't know-I think it's more than that. It really sucks to concoct something that takes time and money, only to throw it away-and this does cost money. Rumblelina's been sitting on my counter and will so remain for a long time. It'll probably expire before I figure out how to best prepare it. So, PLEASE, any prep ideas will be well taken.

Delicious in Savory Soups!!
Plenty of reviews say it’s tastes disgusting and does not blend. I have found that this organic bone broth does indeed blend well if you do it correctly; I pour in some organic chicken or beef broth, some coconut milk, and plenty of water, then I add a scoop or so of this powder and gently whisk it until it has dissolved, which it does easily, but takes a minute or so of gentle whisking for it all to blend in. It does get slightly foaming, but that goes away once you add veggies, spices, garlic, etc. and heat it up. The resulting soup is so healthy and delicious, even my little one loves it!! I am very pleased with this bone broth powder and definitely recommend it for adding a good collagen boost to your soup. I haven’t tried it in a smoothie or any other recipes, but I love my soups anyway, so this works great for me. Hope you find a way to make it work well for you, too. :)
