Really appreciate this seller: they sent me an email after I received them to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase. Then one of my bands broke the first time I used it and I had a direct email to contact them. They apologized and sent me an entire new set! Now I have extras in case other ones break (which is common with this type of equipment). But I’ve been using them almost every day for almost 3 weeks now, and none of the other ones have broken. It was a bummer that one of my bands broke the first time I used it, but like I said haven’t had any problems since. The bands work great. It’s really added a fun and effective element to my workout routine. I can really feel it in how sore I am the next day and even while I’m doing the workouts. Great product, great seller!

I love these resistance bands! I have been using them in the gym and in physical therapy! I can now go home and do what I need to do and all the different ranges of resistance are very helpful. For how cheap they were they work awesome and would 10/10 recommend them to anyone looking for a set. Great for beginners!!!

Hello I am Tom's wife Allisa! First off that me say that I LOVE these bands, I am a life style coach, I am also a wife and mom who works out 6 days a week, and having decent workout equipment is SUPER important,I don't have a lot of time each day to deal with slipping bands that only slow me down, for the most part these stay in place. They make getting my one workout of that I happen to be doing this week so much easier to get in, so I get on with the rest of my dad and mom life! The small carrying bag is a plus for me, so nice to keep the bands in when I am not using them! :-) So if your on the fence about getting these, buy them, give them a try! :-)

I just started 80 Day Obsession for the third time and purchased my third set of bands because I was so pleased with them in the past. It has been a couple of years since the last time I purchased bands and the last set I had purchased in 2019 JUST started showing tiny tears in it. I had just opened the black band and went to put it around my legs and snap! This is the first band in all the years that I've used them that has broke. It was almost as if it was dry rotted - rubber just tore like paper. I've used the green, blue and red bands from this same package and they've been great, just the black one was defective. Guess I'll have to double up on bands 🤷‍♀️

These haven't broken yet, but that's only because I haven't taken scissors to these freakin' things. They roll up on your legs while you are working out and create a tourniquet of torture, which is really great when you're already hating life because you're working out. You can pretty much throw away the yellow band as it is about as useful as a 2lb dumbbell to the hulk. And you may as well grab a bicycle tire to use in place of the black band since it will provide the same level of extreme resistance without rolling up on your leg and cutting off all circulation. Maybe all bands are this bad? I don't know, and I don't have any intentions of finding out.

Product arrived on time and as expected. I have only had them a week so I can't speak to durability but I love them so far. There are 5 different resistances which is a good variety for working different muscles. The carrying bag is big enough for all of the bands but small enough to easily carry around. The width (2.5") and the length (12") are good - I have a set of a different brand that are shorter and they are not quite long enough. I can sit at my desk and essentially do an entire workout. I love them. So far very satisfied.
