9mm dry fire snap caps

Excellent snap caps so wife could safely learn and understand how a Ruger SR-22 .22 pistol functions. No jamming when manually racking, eject every time. They provide extra replacement plastic inserts to protect the firing pin. Nice.

I like these things. Most snap caps I've used are cheap and lightweight. These have some heft to them. They actually feel like loading real rounds into the magazine and fit the same, too. The fact they are all silver give them an attractive appearance. The plastic carrying case is nice, too. Having the extra, replaceable primer substitutes is a nice feature, too. I also have similar caps in 5.56 and those are just as great.

It’s not even close. These are the best snap caps available. The weight, the chambering, the feel, thy are absolutely perfect. They’re now the only snap caps I will use. UPDATE 7-25-26: these are BY FAR the best “snap caps” on Amazon. I’ve tried every one you can think of, and these are the only ones that have lasted a seriously long time without hardcore degradation, but these weight is really what sets these apart. A full mag and they truly feel close to the weight of live mags. That matters. Trust me. If they made these a little bit heavier, true to round weight, man they would be the absolute #1 training round. Would also be nice if they had a groove already machined in wheee you can add a oring and the round stays in the barrel, and then you can use a “passthrough” round on top of the rounds inside the magazine that way you have the weighted magazine with the ability to rack the slide, AND have “firing pin protection”. Please, version 2 please!

These seem to work great, fit perfectly in chamber, and also has the same weight and feel of a live round.

Item arrived quickly and worked well as advertised.

These snap caps have been great for dry fire practice. They cycle great and are compatible with my Ruger 556 and after a few months the rubber primers are super durable. Solid build and weight close to the same as a 556 round.

I first became aware of this brand with their 7.62x39 snap caps. I was impressed with the quality and resilience of the product. As soon as i saw the 30-06 offering I jumped. These snap caps hold up better than other snap caps on the market. The rubber or silicone coating helps protect the feed ramp from damage when loading. Outstanding design. Spare rubber primers included. Please keep this up. Excellent product. I recommend they start producing other calibers like 303 british, 8mm mauser, 6.5 carcano, 6.5 swede, 6.5 Japanese and 7.62x54r. If they keep the same quality they will be beating the other name brand snap caps in no time.

Size is true, good tool to use weight is pretty similar.

Consistent weight and size, cycled well in my 357 rifle, no problem with ejecting like some other snap caps. Came in a small metal box. Will buy again.

I've never dry-fired my Tikka T3X but figured that after getting these snap-caps, I'd give it a try. It's kind of nice to be able to make sure everything sounds right after oiling without having to wait for the next day at the range. So far I've put about 200 activations through these Angeebin training snap caps and haven't had any issues so far. I like the fact that they come with replacement pads (made from rubber, it seems) for when they eventually wear out. The weight is pretty close to a real .270 WinMag shell so that's pretty neat that they got the weight correct, unlike others that are very very heavy or incredibly light. Five stars all the way!!

Cycles easily in my jc Higgins 12 gauge. Great practice.
