Great very low fat convenience food! As a kosher traveler it didn't require refrigeration, and met my dietary needs.
30 cal/oz, 1 gram carb, a little high on sodium but not prohibitively so. Much lower than most kosher processed foods at 375 mg/serving (2oz)I took it on a trip and was able to have kosher meat in the middle of nowhere.Cons- too pricy for an everyday snack. Sodium 187/ oz.Bonus: grass fed beef

Purchase at local supermarket Instead
I’ve eaten from this company many times. Usually purchase it at my local supermarket. The product that came from my order however was hard as a rock. It’s usually easier to chew and softer. This product must be dated, but there are also no expiration dates listed on the packaging so I have no idea
