Excellent replacements for halogens. Tried a number of different models, these are the best.
These are excellent replacements for halogens. Impressive light output, seem as bright as 35-50w halogens. Low watts, important for us in Hawaii where we pay 45 cents/kW hour (not a typo). These are replacements for a cable lighting system. The only negative is they do not have the almost 360 degree light output of halogens which is nice for exposed bulbs hanging in the air but they output so much light its close and much better than spots and other designs I have tried.
