wont recommend bad support failed me
this mug press drived me crazy stop worked in the second month report the issue and it was going good, communicate with supplyer they ask for videos then claim they knw what is the problem send a heating element because it was the problem, it arrived still dont work try contacting them again,until this day no reply so its parked up on a shelf gaining dust so iam sad waste my $400 in all for purchasing and shipping to me where i am in caribbean
