Worked perfectly ! I used it for first time smoking a 7lb pork shoulder and wrapped it after 4 hrs of smoking and worked awesome when I pulled off smoker retained all the moisture (juices) and retained the bark pretty well . Only complaint is I should've bought 24 in x 200 ect... But 18 in worked perfectly for 7lb pork shoulder but not sure how a Brisket will work might be a little tight but haven't tried yet so I can't say for sure. Over all really nice product

This is great for wrapping brisket. I always used foil for the TX Crutch but it would just steam the brisket and make the bark moist. This butcher paper absorbs the excess, let's the brisket breath and the bark comes out the way it should be. Very cool. Unfortunately, I bought the smaller size. Make sure you get the bigger roll in width as I had to lay the 2nd piece halfway up to get enough coverage.

Tried it out right away by taking a smoked pork loin from the local butchers, wrapping it up in the pink butcher paper and slow;y heating it up in the oven at 250 degrees.Kept it moist, not soggy and tasted as if I had already smoked it myself. (I've got a great butcher). This is just what I wanted for doing my own smoked meats. Great quality paper.You can even use it for drawing paper, has a good tooth for colored pencils and gives your drawing an antique look.

I use this mostly for smoking meats. I works absolutely great. It doesn't brown too much where it would get brittle. It's porous enough to maintain a great bark while maintaining the meat.The one con: I tried using it for origami. I still didn't know how to do it. Really disappointed that being pink didn't make it magically teach me.

Paper and cutter arrived and no problems at all. I haven't used butcher paper in the past - usually use foil but I'm excited to try the butcher paper to wrap my smoked briskets with while getting thru the stall and up to temp. Thanks and I'll let you know after trying.

Wrapped a brisket and cooked it for 14 hours. Paper did what it was bought for and the brisket was awesome!! Nice bark and didn't burn. Got that perfect mahogany color and sticky to the touch!! Will buy again!

This worked out great! I have used this multiple times in my pellet grill/smoker. The paper held in the moisture and helped create the perfect brisket and other perfectly smoked meats. Forget the foil, grab this great pink paper!

So happy that we ordered and were able to have butcher paper delivered the next day. Worked fantastic for smoking our 4th of July brisket. The brisket turned out wonderful! I would definitely purchase other items from this seller!
