Good quailty-A little leary of the disclamer
I have not used it yet, but the product looks of good quailty. The texture is not as consistantly fine as I'd like, some chunky pieces present. I was a little leary when I read the warning on the front of the bag: "This product is raw and may contain harmful bacteria until further pasturized for human consumption." I hope this product is safe to use. I would have thought that since they are blanched almonds, they would have been heated to a safe tempreature.Also, this product is processed in a facility that processes wheat, therefore, not gluten free.

Price increase
Good product, took 8 months to use it, as I came back to order more I saw the price doubled (23.00 for 5 lbs 6/13). Looking for alternate bulk product with better price.

Great Price
I got more flour than I'll probably use in a year. Had to put most of it in the freezer. But, it cooks up well and taste good.

good product expensive shipping
The price was good , the product is good but when I added the shipping cost it was not economical- I could pay the same price per pound at Trader Joes'

Tastes great but is more of a meal than a flour
I use this stuff to make Keto chocolate Chip cookie dough and it is amazing! This is my second order and both times it has been a good quality product and quick delivery. The 5 lb bag is well worth it. Just as a note, this is more if a meal than a flour. If you are wanting something very fine you might want to search somewhere else. The taste is is great and I prefer this over Bobs or other brands.

Texture of product not as fine as had anticipated. Will be looking for an alternate source of product next time.

Great product!
I received my package on time, and it was exactly as described. I was glad to see that the expiration date was clearly printed on the packaging, and I have plenty of time to use it. The price is great too! I will definitely order again!

Blanched Almond Meal/Flour
Everything was as described. Flour was fresh & results were excellent. This was the 3rd time using almond flour and there wasn't any difference in the results when I used the same flour from the Health Food market. I saved some money buying in bulk and will order again.
