Taste and smell is very bad. But good if you are low on budget and want good quality complete protein. Best for students!!

I actually was skeptical on the taste and texture of the product from reading all the reviews. My honest take: 1. First taste feels like you're having gehu ka atta in water. 2. I added very little milk (probably 20 ml haha) since I ran out, compensated with water, a medium sized banana and some chocolate powder for a scoop of this isolate. It tasted fine and even yummy. I figured it works better with more water. Don't even need milk. 3. As for the odour and taste- I've had soya chunks that taste more fermented and off. This powder smells like a nice atta and doesn't even feel like soy once you mix with your food. 4. An hour post consuming this, I didn't feel any heaviness or bloating. It feels lighter but am not hungry yet. So if I had to go for a walk, I could without feeling tired. I will update after a week if I see any noticeable difference in my health or appearance

Mixability ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Packaging ⭐⭐ Effectiveness ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Taste ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cost-effectiveness ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Budget-friendliness and effectiveness, when it comes to helping build muscles and recovery post workout, are this soy protein isolate's best factors. The mixability is also fine, if you mix one scoop of the powder in 300-350 ml of milk, just pour the powder in the milk not the other way around. The packaging is third class though, because the zip lock doesn't work and you need something else to close it tight or transfer the contents into an airtight container once you open this pack. Company needs to work on the packaging, I will probably be back for this product as product wise it's good.

It is affordable and doesn't taste that much bad. Suitable for beginners. It's texture is just like sattu. Didn't find any lumps after mixing (shaking) it in bottle for 20 secs. Didn't get any digestive issues.
