Despite the website advertising not having a suitable size chart, I’m 6’1” 180ish and ordered the large. These fit well. They’re not a true compression sleeve, but the function as soft sleeve to afford some slight compression which is what I needed post surgery. For an under pants or sweats, or even shorts knee sleeve these work well. The length is from above the knee to almost the ankle, a good range of coverage. The company is responsive to questions, which is a plus. Overall, whether using by themselves or under a knee brace, I’d recommend, just watch the sizing.

These have been a life saver under knee brace! A little long because im only 5'3", but fold them over brace.

Love these. Just had knee surgery and wanted a sleeve from mid thigh to ankle to protect from the brace. These were perfect. I bought what I felt would be true to size (XL). Just enough compression to stay up but not too tight to get on over the bandages. Perfect.

I use these with a CROW boot, which is form fitted to my leg, instead of a knee high compression sock. As a barrier between the boot and my skin. Works great, nice and silky, even in hot sweaty weather. Unfortunately, where my ankle sock meets the sleeve, the small overlap of fabric still causes issues because of the form-fitting nature of the boot. If used under a brace, this would be a great option. I am a small, skinny 5’5” 110lbs female, and the smallest size JUST fits, but probably pulled up a bit higher than intended. If you want a 360 elastic, tights-like fit, this is not the product for you. It is more to reduce friction, without any wrinkling of fabric.

The sleeves work, but each sleeve is like it’s a different size. They all fit but they are inconsistent. Other than the fit it has kept my brace from damaging my leg.

I'm a delivery driver with a torn meniscus, so until I can get it repaired and be out of work for months, I am wearing a full unloader knee brace. The brace is great, but with six straps, all with some gel to keep it in position, and working 10 hour days. The strapping has left painful welts on the back of my leg. Thought this would be the solution. They feel great, fit good. But even with 6 straps and cranked to where you are left with marks that last till the next day on my legs, I could not make more than 3 trips in and out of a building without having my brace fall down to my ankle. They feel so good, I did not even feel the brace slip, until it was obvious from the pain and the face that I could not bent my leg, which caused even more pain, since I was trying to bend it. Surprised no one else has not commented about this. And many of the pics show braces no where near as heavy duty as mine. Maybe only OK if your not that active?

I am using these under my Breg knee brace. I have found a slight variation in the sizing. The grey set is much tighter on my thigh than the black or white sets. I only use one at a time so having a fresh sleeve for every day is great. I have no slippage down the thigh. The top holds tight without cutting my circulation. These sleeves make my brace very comfortable with no chaffing. I would not mind if they were all black but color is not the most important consideration. The sleeves are showing no signs of wear and the top band has not stretched out after many months of use.

They fit really well, and the band at the top keeps them from slipping down. I bought them to use under my knee brace to prevent chafing, and they worked as expected. Make sure you follow the measurement instructions to get the proper size.
