These sheet pans are just what I needed for mass production and bulk orders. I like to stay organized throughout my cookie decorating and packaging process.. don't know how I managed without this setup for so long. It's definitely a game changer. The speed rack is also from the same manufacturer. The bottom 2 sheet pans are a different brand and slightly smaller but still fits perfectly on the rack.

Nice and flat and scratch resistant! Baking capacity and functionality is perfect for my small business. Value for money for sure.

I bought 6 of these sheets to accommodate a large order of cookies. Compared to my other sheets, the cookies browned slightly on the bottom and I had to reduce the baking time. I will set these aside for future large orders and use them as "holding" sheets for already decorated cookies because they do fit perfectly in the cooling racks. They are nearly identical but with a close eye you can see and feel that they are slightly thinner and weigh about 8 oz less than my usual brand of baking sheets.

I love these perforated baking sheets. I use them to cool product that I have recently cooked.

I wish the sons would have been bigger; but I still like my gift my kids got for me!
