Matters needing attention Step1 - Open the battery cover, correctly install two AA batteries according to the positive and negative sign (+/-) at the slot bottom. If batteries are installed inverse direction, the sealer does not work. (Make sure your batteries are AA alkaline and have enough power) Step2 - Before sealing your target, please keep pressing the sealer about 5-10 seconds to heat it up enough. Step3 - Along one direction, slowly moving the heat sealer. If moving too quickly, it will cause poor sealing effect. Step4 - Squeeze air out of bag and take 45 angle to complete the end in order to effectively create airtight containers. When it works, please do not touch the heating wire to avoid getting harm! For safety concerns, please take down batteries after each use! When children using it, there must be accompanied by an adult! I like the convenience of not needing a clip to secure ...
I use this item almost daily to seal bags in the kitchen. I've burnt a hole through one bag and sometimes have difficulty getting certain bags to seal. Overall, I like the convenience of not needing a clip to secure bags. Once you get the hang of it, bags can be sealed air-tight which is really helpful.

Worked once. I tried replacing the batteries, but this didn't help either. Waste of money.
