Women's 3 Pack Leg Length Discrepancy Heel Lift

Excellant product
Perfect fit. I had serious hip surgery and still had a 3/8" leg discrepency...down from 2.5". I ordered a women's size 9..I have M width foot. Got pack of 3.. Lift fit in all the shoes I tried...sneakers, flats, sandals. I haven't tried the lift in heels but don't believe it it would be different. Lift stays put. Very comfortable. It can be placed under a shoe inner sole. I don't know it is" there". Material is a composite rubber...not hard, not soft..somewhat pliable. Doesn't slip. A+ product.

I love it!
My chiropractor recommended this product for me as one leg is shorter than the other and it has been causing me pain for years in my lower back. I started using this heel lift and immediately feel a difference! It’s great, it’s easy to use and it’s comfortable in my shoe. Most days I don’t even notice it except for the fact that I’m not in pain (I am on my feet all day as an instructor at a cosmetology school).

My Go-To
This was the best product I've tried for my leg discrepancy so far. It's sturdy and stays in place well for the most part. In shoes, there's no need to fit it underneath the shoe's existing insole unless you're not planning on putting it in other pairs of shoes. I wear multiple different pairs of shoes, and I just set it on top of the shoe's existing insole so I can more easily remove it to use in a different pair. However, I have a pair of Doc Marten slip on boots and I did have to insert one underneath the insole because just resting it on top causes it to slide around when trying to put my foot in the boot. I really like that it comes with 3 and they're universal so they can be used for either foot.

Extremely helpful!
Thanks for sending this product in such a speedy manner. My chiropractor discovered that my left leg is shorter than my right-probably from a knee surgery as a kid that left me in a brace for a year. I started having severe back spasms over the last years, and no one knew why. Turns out leg length discrepancy. This leg lift evened me out, and makes a huge difference. If anyone finds it doesn't exactly work- or some other area hurts for the first time with the lift, get orthotic inserts as well to compensate for the lack of arch support with the lift. The chiropractor charged a major increase for these- so thank you for reasonable pricing!! I measured it- found them on Amazon, ordered enough to go in different pairs of shoes so I didnt have to keep switching. They can slide forward, so consider heavy duty velcro to keep them in place. Get one for every pair of shoes so you don't have to keep switching!!Great product, great speedy service, thanks! LOVE the lack of back spasms and pain!

Great product for fused ankle- small fit!
The media could not be loaded. I’ve used these for at least 10 years, I just use them on 1 foot. I love how easy to slip into women’s shoes, and how small they are. They are just the right height for my needs. They last forever!

Slips in shoe
I like for the lift, tough material, but doesn't stay under my heel well.

Durable - They Get The Job Done!
My PT told me that a leg length discrepancy was the cause of long term chronic back and hip pain. It was hard to believe such a "small" difference could cause so much pain but she was right! A half inch lift was her recommendation but the foam pads I tried at first just squished to nothing very quickly. It was good trying those first, though since that helped me start adapting to the change of the full 1/2". The chronic pain I've had for years is more manageable already and I'm grateful for this product and to Amazon for their easy ordering and helpful "ask a question" feature. You receive 3 lifts which is perfect so you don't have to move a single one from shoe to shoe. These lifts/wedges are made from a quite firm material and sometimes make the heel on that side sore despite wearing a supportive insole. The women's size fits my size 10 shoes without any gaps. The only thing that is troublesome for me is that there's the loss of some stability because my heel is not completely cradled in the heel cup of my shoes any longer. The only way around that is if I have lifts installed on the soles of all my shoes and who can afford that? Hopefully I'll get more stability as I get used to the change in height. At first it was like I was wearing a stilt on one leg and stumbling everywhere! I'm a bit clumsy anyway but this was something else.As others have said, make sure to put these lifts under the insoles that come with your shoe (if it's removable) or add support inserts so the lift doesn't slide forward in your shoe and also to add some cushioning.5 stars!WWW

Surprisingly comfortable
I have a limb length discrepancy. These are a good shape for a woman’s shoe and are softer and more flexible than I expected. They stay in position reasonably well, and I can put a custom orthotic on top of them.
