Didn't come with a screw to mount so you'll have to find one that fits, also make sure you download the driver first- other than that this product performs great.

I was totally pleased with this sound card. No hassle installation just dropped in the CD and drivers installed.I had to restore my old crashed computer with a dead motherboard to a refurbished one that did not have ports for my 7.1 surround sound speakers. This sound quality exceeds the one in my old computer (in the motherboard) and all of my speakers work. It is Awesome!!!!

This card was advertised to work in Windows 10 so I purchased it. After installing, it did not work. I send the seller help request emails (twice) with no response. I downloaded the files linked on this description page and they would not work either (they are not verified by Microsoft). I googled the chipset to get new verified drivers and on the manufacturers page it states they do not support Windows 10 with this card. Returned for refund.

Get what you pay for, sound card works great, yes 5.1sound, but software didn't automatically work. You have to go in and load the driver from the disk manually. Do not buy if you're not computer literate. You also have to manually disable any onboard sound peripherals.

Don't have a DVD drive, never tried the included disk.I downloaded the drivers from the dropbox link in the product description. After installing it Windows told me that the driver was disabled since it was unsigned. Fine, uninstall the driver, restart in advanced mode, and disable driver signature verification. Run the installer again, and... black screen. Crashed Windows and restarted the computer, without even the courtesy of a blue screen. Computer restarts and the driver never finished installing. No clue how it can get that f***ed up, complete waste of time.Maybe it works on other versions of Windows, but it's an absolute pain if you can even get it working on Windows 10. Windows 10 will NOT auto-install any drivers, it is not plug-and-play, I don't know what the other (maybe paid) reviewers are smoking. Until they get their drivers signed, you'll have to do an advanced restart and disable driver signature checks. Pray that it doesn't crash your computer like it did mine.I'd give 1 star but I like to think that it probably works in some part of the world.

Still working, I had to download the driver in order to use it. I had hard time to install it on win 10.

Works well with WIndows 10. I didn't think a sound card would make that much difference. Before with onboard sound, I would get hiss (speakers and headphones) when turned up to even moderate levels. Now even when the sound level is very load it is absolutely quiet between songs/no sound playing.I was forced to buy this.

Not bad for a cheap sound card, works like an expensive card.
