Not consistent, not happy
I found this last year and fell in love with it and after trying it I went back and bought the last several bags they had. It was great, the light roasted coffee had a great complex tast that was slightly acidic and I drank it without anything added to it. I had found my brand. When I saw that it was back again, I was excited and bought 3 more, but was horribly disappointed. This year's batch came in and is a very dark roast and has a burnt tast liken to Starbucks. If you like SB, this this will work for you, but fore me I am extremely dissatisfied. How they can advertise this as a light roast is beyond me. I don't know why they are so inconsistent, but I do not plan to purchase it again. Last year I was so happy and to be so disappointed in this year's product is a letdown. Even with creamer, butter, coconut oil and cinnamon in the coffee it still is not drinkable for me, one because I don't like to add anything to my coffee, but it still taste burnt. I will continue to search for a great single origian high altitude light roast coffee for my daily enjoyment, I just can't count on this company's quality control and roasting practice or consistentsey. Sincerely Bummed!

Amazing! Bought this to try something new which comes from one particular family owned farm in India which is extremely unique. This coffee has a bold and smooth taste without the bitterness. It works well when made as basic drip coffee, espresso and french press. I will definitely purchase this again and have already bought it as a gift for family members. Must try!!

FLOP- Flat, Lackluster, Offensively Putrid
I really wonder how this coffee has so many FIVE STAR reviews. Given that the packaging does not mention what ROAST it is, and to my trained eyes it felt like Light to Medium, I brewed using all methods (Drip, Chemex, French Press, MOKA pot & Espresso) & ground using all 16 settings on my Baratza Encore just to be sure I wasn't doing something wrong. And after several attempts at wanting to like this coffee, I am completely underwhelmed by its lackluster aroma & its insipid mouthfeel.Guess where this coffee is going, TO MY COMPOST BIN.

I was pretty amazed when it arrived so quickly
I was pretty amazed when it arrived so quickly. I am a coffee person and difficult to please but the aroma and the taste got me hooked. The good thing I like about it is it is roasted right and not burnt like the other coffee bean brands and I think that is what enhances its taste. It is truly enchanting.

When I travel abroad I love bringing coffee home
When I travel abroad I love bringing coffee home, but I can never find my favorites online once I run out. So I’m glad I was introduced to this, I love that this coffee is on amazon! So easy and ships quick. There’s no need for cream or sugar, it’s great on its own. Try it!

Enchanted indeed!
This coffee is an indulgence. Rich aromatic and flavorful, I enjoyed grinding the beans, brewing the heavenly aroma and sipping one of the best cups of coffee I have had in some time. Smooth and delightful I thoroughly enjoyed it and recommend it particularly as expresso. "Enchanted" was the right word.
