The first one I ordered were lacking the hardware it needed. I have to say Grand Lmoon was excellent with their customer service and they made sure I was well taken care of. I could not have asked for better service. I love this because it adds more space to my office. I have it hanging from the back of my office closet door and it is perfect to place job files in. There is also room for extra pens, markers for wipe off boards, etc. I love it.
