Small enough for your front pocket
I keep my wallet in my front pocket, so a small wallet is key (especially given that phones are getting bigger again). I used to use a small fold wallet from Eddie Bauer, but this one is far better, and a fraction of the price. Quality: I have seen people complain about the quality, but given that this is super inexpensive, the quality is far better than I was expecting. My old wallet was 3x the price, and compared to this one, totally inferior quality. I haven't accidentally washed it yet, but I suspect that will damage it, like any other leather good you wash. Size: It is small and compact with a surprising amount of room. It has room an id (I carry two in that slot, but only one can be seen). 4 credit cards, a bit of cash, and two other pockets for receipts / more cards. I carry 2 IDs, 3 plastic cards, and less than 20 bills, and it works great. There is even room to stash a few receipts for that business trip. RFID: I have no way of testing this, but it looks like a special fabric in two of the pockets, so I'm likely doing it wrong because I don't keep my cards in those pockets, but I bought it for the size & convenience.

“kinzd” Slim Minimalist Wallet “Waterproof Leather”
I’d often take my wallet out of my back pocket while driving because of the thickness of it. Decided it was time to be a wallet minimalist, got rid of the junk – really only need a few cards and bills. Started looking for a thin simple wallet, ordered several. In these pics I put five credit cards in each one to compare them for thickness and ease of use (nobody wants to be hung up at the cashier with a line behind them). 1. “kinzd” Slim Minimalist Wallet, “Waterproof Leather” - www.amazon.com/dp/B07FKPNR46 Falsely named, not leather, but a nice textured charcoal grey cloth, build feels quality. 7/16” (under 1/2") thick with 5 cards. Unlike the “Buffway” wallets, the front card doesn’t have a thumb hole for pushing the card out from the bottom, but actually it slides out more easily than the Buffways due to the smooth cloth. If I fold a dollar bill in half and push it in corner-first, it goes in ok, not as easy to load as my old bifold wallet, but acceptable. This one is my favorite for feel and finish. I wish they would make a version without the ID window. 2. “Buffway” Slim Minimalist, “Cross Black” leather - www.amazon.com/dp/B079DCW7GB Color is shiny black, quality of leather and build seems good. 3/8” thick with 5 cards! The thumb hole is nice for getting the first card out, the cards behind it are difficult to remove. Adding/removing cash is equally adequate as the kinzd wallet above. I think this may be the best choice due to thinness and functionality. 3. “Buffway” Mens Slim Wallet, “Seattle Grey” leather - www.amazon.com/dp/B07FDLZ9J1 Nice color, quality of leather and build seems good. 3/8” thick with 5 cards - I would NOT recommend this wallet over the previous Buffway, as it is surprisingly the same thickness, the difference in width is negligible, and the other has two more slots. So downsizing to this one gives no benefits. 4. “kinzd” Slim Wallet “Waterproof Black” - www.amazon.com/dp/B07F6YY54L Not black, it’s the same textured grey cloth as the other kinzd, but with white stitching. A bifold design, an uncompromising minimalist design, as there’s almost zero extra bulk - card slots inside are just cutouts in the cloth. Two more card slots are hidden in the cash area. I tried this one to see if adding/removing cash was any easier, but it wasn’t much easier than the others because the cards in the interior slots get in the way, and the wallet is exactly as wide as the bill so cash has to be inserted perfectly not to stick out. I wish it were just a few mms wider for this reason. My 20-year-old wallet for comparison, a very typical bifold with ID flip-out, is 3/4” thick with 5 cards. So all of these options feel so much more slim and lightweight than a traditional wallet. Of course, they hold less, but it’s for the best. :)

Solid wallet that is a good value. Size takes a little getting used to.
Pros: Solid construction. Nice Stitching. Soft Leather. RFID blocking. Good value. Cons: A bit larger than it seems like it would be. Strange form factor. Gets fat in the middle. I bought this to replace my old slim wallet because the old one didn't hold as many card. This wallet is a little larger in both directions. It doesn't seem like it would be much, but in practice it feels much larger. I'm still getting used to the size and dimensions of the wallet. I like that it holds as many credit cards as it does. I'm not sure I like the size... but I'm getting used to it. The construction is solid. It's a nice, soft leather with good stitching. The cost of the wallet was also real nice, so I didn't feel like I was taking a big risk. There's plenty of storage for my credit cards, which is a real plus. The letters on my credit card have started to imprint into the leather. They are not readable, so it's not a huge deal, but it does ruin the aesthetic a little. Another issue I have is that the credit cards all kind of group towards the middle, making the wallet fat in the middle and thin on the outside. In a small way, this takes away from the "slim" factor of the wallet. Despite it's weaknesses, I would still recommend this wallet. It's a good value and it does suit its purpose well.

This is an excellent wallet. I was amazed that I could get all the cards I had in my bulky folding wallet into this excellent flat wallet. I wear it in my front pocket with complete comfort. I never carry more than a couple cash bills so it is no big deal to fold the bills and it makes more sense to fold the bills than fold the wallet. Another advantage is I am able to use my tap credit card by just sliding it out half way. I have worn this wallet for over a month now, absolutely no sign of wear. It is so inexpensive, I will be happy if it just lasts a year, but I am thinking it will last for quite a while.

This wallet is very light and thin yet very durable. After a year of daily usage, my wallet is still intact and like a new one. It has a cash pocket, several credit card holders and a transparent ID pocket. Exactly what I needed. Highly recommended
