Good Looking Knife, Sharp
Great little paring knife. Sharp right out the box. Good looking, feels good in the hand. Nicely packaged, too. I haven't tried sharpening it yet (haven't needed to) but it's probably relatively difficult to re-sharpen due to the steel. The blade itself is a little wide, so not best for decorative, fine cuts, but for quickly cutting up fruit and things with simple strokes, this knife works very well.

The knife I received does not hold an edge well at all. I have to sharpen it after every use.
