Horrible backpack. .. it is already broken and ripped. .. a true waste of money. I'll like my money back if that was a possibility, but it too late to return it or anything like that... my son use this backpack for less than 3 month and it is already garbage ... I tried to fix it, but was the point if the material is so weak that it will not hold.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! I bought this for my daughter while she is in college. It was nice, well organized and I thought it would work fine. It lasted one semester! The pack worked great. However the wheels were total trash. The double wheels/rollers on the bottom didn't last at all. Literally, one side dragged itself to a flat spot and "welded" itself together. This happened almost immediately and my daughter just thought the friction was normal. One of the rivets even backed out of the "good" wheel on the other side. This is a classic example of poor choice of materials used for such a structural significant component. If they built a handle on it and put on wheels, didn't they think it would be rolled on a sidewalk at some point? When the seller was contacted, his advice was to add lubricant and he sold no spare parts to repair the pack. Look at the photo of the double rollers below.
