I purchased this brand new.. Read the instructions. I put all the hoses in warm water to soften the hoses so that you can straighten it out. That seem to work fine. I put everything together, and I tried to get about 2 gallons of gas from my Generator to empty it out for storage.. I worked fine for about the first five minutes, and then the pump handle seperated from the inside of the red tube and that was the end of the pump. DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM. I threw out the packaging and can't even get a refund. Cheap crappy plastic piece of JUNK !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wish I can give it a ZEO star instead of a 1 star.

It works... the tube comes so folded that it was basically impossible to use. I only needed a few inches of tubing so I just cut a bit out that wasn’t too kinked.

Pump works OK, but the tubing was sent folded into an unusable crimped mess. I've tried to straighten it, but it's almost impossible to get the crimps out. I'll have to throw the tubing away and get new (longer) ones from HD. Otherwise about what I expected for the price.Update: I was told by the seller to soak the tubing in warm water to remove the crimps. Didn't work of course. And then today the pump handle broke. I would recommend you stay away from this product. Very poorly made.

good value pump. not heavy duty but for limited use seems like its built well enough and for the price a good value.

Comes with crimps of the hoses when I received them,but after i put the hoses into boiled water for about 1 minute all crimps gone and became soft.Easy to know how to use according to the graphic description user manual,all parts of the pump are in great qualities,all 3 functions,siphon pump,inflator,hand pump,are work very well.No batteries with small size,many uses.

Great tool and easy to use..especially for hard time like the one I am going thrue now after Hurricane Maria hit Puerto Rico.
