what is the difference between an impact driver and an impact wrench

Easiest way to answer this would be an impact wrench has substantially more torque than an impact driver

Product description says NO BATTERIES....SO does it come with batteries?

The kits I have for sale include two M18 batteries. For future reference, the “22” at the end of the model number is supposed to indicate the number of batteries included. Ex. “20” = zero batteries included, “21” = one battery included, etc. Hope that helps!
