Cora: Revolutionizing Feminine Care with their Exceptional Tampons
I recently had the pleasure of trying out Cora's tampons, and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with both the product and the company behind it. Cora has truly revolutionized the way we approach feminine care, and their tampons have exceeded all my expectations. First and foremost, Cora's tampons are designed with the utmost attention to quality and comfort. The materials used are incredibly soft and gentle, providing a comfortable experience throughout the entire menstrual cycle. It's evident that Cora prioritizes the well-being of its customers by ensuring that their tampons are free from harmful chemicals and toxins, giving me peace of mind during a time when self-care is of utmost importance. What sets Cora apart from other brands is their commitment to social responsibility. For every box of tampons purchased, Cora provides menstrual products to girls and women in need. This dedication to empowering women and tackling period poverty is truly admirable. It's refreshing to see a company go beyond profits and actively work towards making a positive impact on society. Additionally, Cora's tampons come in discreet and beautifully designed packaging. The thoughtful attention to detail is apparent, and it makes the overall experience feel luxurious and empowering. It's a small touch, but it speaks volumes about the brand's commitment to excellence in all aspects. Another standout feature is the convenience that Cora offers through their subscription service. With customizable delivery options, I no longer have to worry about running out of tampons or making last-minute trips to the store. This hassle-free experience has made managing my menstrual cycle much more convenient and stress-free. Furthermore, Cora's commitment to sustainability is praiseworthy. Their tampons are made from organic cotton and come in biodegradable packaging, which significantly reduces the environmental impact. It's reassuring to know that my choice to use Cora's tampons aligns with my values of promoting sustainability and reducing waste. Finally, I must commend Cora's exceptional customer service. From the moment I reached out with a query, their team was prompt, courteous, and genuinely interested in ensuring my satisfaction. Their dedication to providing an exceptional customer experience is commendable and further solidifies my trust and loyalty towards the brand. In conclusion, Cora is a trailblazer in the feminine care industry. Their tampons offer superior quality, comfort, and peace of mind while making a meaningful impact on the lives of women worldwide.

Been using these over the past 6 periods, and they're great.
My only complaint is that they do have a plastic applicator with plastic wrapping. As someone concerned about our planet, I try to minimize my plastic waste, but I hate cardboard applicators, and I can't insert tampons without one. Otherwise, these tampons are fantastic. They're organic, which is good for the planet and good for me. They also help provide menstrual products to girls in developing countries. I haven't had any problems with absorbency or leaking. The combination of light and regular tampons in this box is wonderful, since my flow changes from light to regular throughout my period. I do think these tampons are a tiny bit less absorbent than other brands, but if your flow is usually light like mine, this light-regular combo is perfect. I would recommend Cora's higher absorbency tampons for girls with non-light flows. The box says light tampons are for less than 6 grams and regular is for 6-9 grams. The tampons expand in a flower pattern (octagonal design), which I like. Some other brands expand like an accordion, which feels weird to me. The tampons go in and out easily. The applicator is easy to use, and I never have issues with it. It's a compact applicator that fits well in my purse and doesn't accidentally plunge itself while getting shuffled around. I prefer these over 7th Gen tampons, which use cardboard. Cardboard is not quite as bad as plastic, but cardboard is definitely not free from waste, either. If these Cora tampons used biodegradeable plastic, I'd give them 6 stars. Otherwise, 5 stars will do, because these are the best tampons I've ever found. Order them on Subscribe and Save to save a little. I normally pay around $12 for a box of 36.

New Applicator? More Like Completely Different Product
After having kids completely changed my cycle, I tried every organic tampon on the market. I’ve bought Cora for literal years at this point and have generally been happy with them. Sure, I try a new option every now and then, but always come back to Cora. Over the last year, there were inconsistencies with the wrapper and other materials that were odd but didn’t seem to impact the actual tampon, its comfort, or performance. And then they changed everything. The “new applicator” is actually an entirely different product. Everything from the wrapper down to the tampon itself is different and not for the better. The applicator is finicky and 25% of every insertion results in the applicator completely failing -- meaning you have to try again with a half-exposed tampon and an already-failed-once flimsy multi-part applicator (good luck!) or toss and get a new one (which seems like not the worst thing in the world until you grab just ONE from your bag for a quick and discrete bathroom break at the office between meetings, ask me how I know). The cotton part of the tampon itself is a different weave and very smooth, but firm. I find it noticeably less comfortable, as it sort of sits there like a solid lump, rather than contouring to your body, and it is significantly less absorbent than before. It’s endlessly frustrating to feel like this is just another product that a company decided to cheap out on. But oh well. I’m donating the many unopened boxes sitting in my bathroom - silly me for buying in bulk without realizing the entire product had changed!

Comfortable, effective
Comfortable and effective. Applicator is actually easier to use than the HoneyPot brand, as you can actually get a grip on the edge with your thumbnail. I don't get the worrying headaches I've gotten before with non-organic cotton tampons, though of course I cannot say conclusively that these are safer, I certainly feel mentally much less stressed about the risk of Toxic Shock Syndrome (TSS), since 100% organic cotton is recommended to have a lower risk.
