A superb vision aid that, whilst only received yesterday, is already exceeding my expectations after 4 hours of use. I purchased these for use whilst model making and they are proving to be spot-on for my requirements when working with fine detail. Some real thought has gone into the design of this magnifier and it shows. Both the lenses themselves and the headpiece extension to which they are attached can each be individually adjusted to achieve the perfect viewing angle - and that is a real bonus!The lenses themselves are crystal clear and I can comfortably wear my normal reading glasses whilst using the magnifier, but have found that I don't even need my glasses as the lenses alone provide perfect magnification.The LED light is also adjustable for angle and it's not a gimmick either as once you have adjusted both it and the lenses to your desired position, everything is in focus, magnified and well illuminated.The on-off button for the LED is large and well sited on the top of the unit making it quick and easy to find without having to remove the headset - another well thought out detail.Charging the LED with the supplied USB cable was very swift from new, and after 4 hours of use has not required charging again.The headset is a good snug fit and doesn't drop down when bending over. It's also light and comfortable to wear. The arms of the headset that hook over your ears like normal glasses can be removed and substituted for the supplied elasticated headband if you prefer - but I haven't tried that yet as I haven't felt the need to.The hard shell carry-case is excellent, and there is a separate box inside which securely holds the 5 lenses of different magnification, plus a lens cleaning cloth!I have tried many different ways of improving the magnification and illumination of my workspace, and nothing has come close to the effectiveness of this highly versatile and well-built unit.Time and extensive use might throw up some flaws, but unless the unit falls apart I can't imagine what they might be.Overall an excellent buy!

This an excellent head mounted magnifier system. I am blown away with quality of design, build and ease of use.I purchased the upgraded model with the USB battery. The battery charges very quickly and the LED light which has two settings which work very well.I read some reviews that mentioned the weight of the unit and a dislike of the nose support. I was a bit concerned when I read them but decided to try the product anyway. I can honestly say from my perspective the unit is light and the nose support is not an issue. I can locate the nose support behind my glasses without any difficulty. I am still experimenting with using them. I may slide my glasses down my nose to get the top part of my varifocals to work better but I don’t think I will have to do this. Either way is not an issue to me.The light and lens holder have a high range of application. For my vision I am pointing the light down more or less as far as it goes and then I line up the lenses but they also work well in other positions. I am sure that you will find a setup which suits you.The lenses are of a high quality and very clear. There is a very good selection of lenses, enough for various applications and they are easy to fit into the headset. They are stored in a good box so no excuses for scratching lenses.My only negative comment is that the very handy carrying case does not have profiling to support the unit however, his a minor point for me. I will use the plastic insert that it came with but to be honest it is a bit flimsy.There is an elastic headband which unfortunately is to small for my head even fully expanded. To be clear I am very happy with the normal legs as fitted. If you do want to use the headband and have a large head it would not be too difficult to make one. I should say that I know I have a large head size which can be a problem for me when selecting a hats. So you might not be affected.I bought them to read small print in books and they work very well. The print seems to be getting smaller these days or I am getting older 😳I would have no problem recommending them.

Love these vision aids. They can be worn with ear arms or headband. Still using the ear arms, but they do mark your nose. But they really work well when doing paint by numbers. They come in a sturdy box and with 5 magnification lenses, so something for everyone. The light is a added bonus and charges quickly. There are also some spare nose pads.Definitely value for money, easy to use .

Never having been particularly artistic (well, not at all, actually) no one was more surprised than I was when all of a sudden I found myself with an urge to paint Subbuteo figures.My problem was that with my younger years behind me, my eyesight is not what it once was and so I found myself having to wear two pairs of glasses to do something like this. I'd had enough of that, so decided to give these magnifying glasses a whirl. They come with a number of different powered lenses, so you can vary what you use, depending on how close or far you want the object to be that you are painting or modelling. The lenses just clip into the glasses frame. Easy peasy. The light has a couple of brightness levels which is also helpful.I've probably used them 7 or 8 times so far and have yet to recharge the battery. A nice case complements everything so all is stored away nicely when you've finished.There are cheaper alternatives out there, but I'm very pleased I spent the extra for the quality this product brings. Highly recommended!

I bought this vision Aid. It is an amazingly useful have for very fine art works. It comes with 5 lenses, that give ranges of depth and clarity of the area you want to concentrate on. The headlight is a reliable source of light. Unfortunately, the USB port was faulty hence I couldn’t charge it. I had to return it. However, when I contacted the company as per the enclosed leaflet, the customer service immediately replied and sent me a replacement promptly. I definitely recommend it👍👍

These magnifiers are extremely good value. As a modeller, they are indispensable. For small parts they are a must. The beauty of this product is that you can also wear your glasses at the same time as the magnifier. You can also choose to wear them with the ear piece or an elastic strap. Either way they are very comfortable and lightweight, perfect for prolonged periods of use. The magnifier comes with a choice of lenses which can also be adjusted for angle of view. They also come in a sturdy case. The lens I use the most is the 2.5 x magnification. I knocked it off my bench and it unfortunately broke. I contacted Vision Aid to find out if I could purchase a replacement. I had an almost instant reply requesting my details and then another email to say that a replacement lens was in the mail at no charge. Now that is what I call fantastic customer service. This company deserves to go far and I wish them every success.

A good product overall but not perfect. It works right out of the box with the temples attached, the nose piece is very flexible and easy to adjust, the lenses stay in place and provide good magnification. However, the extra nose pads are useless, they are tiny foam pieces with an adhesive back which is not strong enough to keep them in place. I tried the strap and found it extremely uncomfortable so I cannot use the device while wearing glasses. Also, in order to work on my project I need to keep it close to my face - it is not a big deal for me but this is something others might want to consider before buying. The light is not bright enough to work with although it is adjustable and long lasting. This can be a useful device based on individual needs but does not offer value for money.

Really glad I got this for close work in crafting. No complaints. At first I thought it was uncomfortable, until I realized I just needed to adjust the angle a bit. Now I'm very happy.

Me gusto mucho, el estuché porq se pueden guardar sin maltratar, trae una toalla para limpiarlos, cable usb, el armazón tiene dos niveles de luz, se ajusta a la altura el lente, y trae una caja con varios lentes según sea la necesidad del aumento. Trae correa para colocarlo sin la patitas del armazón, lo pedí para regalar y les gusto mucho, ya que lo ocuparán para la bisutería y es muy práctico lo recomiendo
