Faulty Product and No Support
I purchased the SP Silicon Power 128GB microSDXC card just six months ago, and it stopped working last week. I’ve reached out to customer support multiple times via email regarding a replacement, but haven’t received any response or even an acknowledgment. I also tried calling the Delhi service partner, Supertron Electronics Pvt Ltd, but got no resolution or meaningful assistance. It’s incredibly frustrating to deal with a failed product and then be met with complete silence from both the company and its authorized service partner. I expected better reliability and customer service. Very disappointed.

Don't buy these, go with the reliable name brand.
Ordered two of these units for my CCTV, and both units corrupted within a year. Absolute trash. Lesson learnt... spend the extra money and buy the name brand, even if it means smaller capacity. Reliability > Price.
