Repeat routines
I really enjoy the body blade workouts and was looking forward to getting a few new routines. Turns out that the triple power blast routine is the exact same as the burn and sculpt routine that came with the blade. Disappointed.

Previously released material renamed and re-edited...
This contains four dvds with only one that contains any new material, a 30 minute Yoga Segment. the other workouts are just recycled from previous dvds sold by Body Blade. Therefore, Description of product misleading. None of the people on the covers appear in the DVDS either so don't misinterpret their appearance as some kind of preview as to what is to come.I am not returning these duplicate dvds however because I think my mother-in-law can use at least one of these duplicates.
