I have the iPhone X: I thought the charger for my iPhone like $50, so while researching this seemed to be cost effective to test, just to see if I would use even use a wireless charger. If it didn't work well, I was only out $10-$12, not $75. It works great.Note about the adapter: the confusing part for me when I was researching some of these chargers before buying this one, was the "no adapter included" (at least for me - i was wondering if its a Special adapter I had to buy separately or something, it is not). Most of us probably have a bunch of wall adapters already so they don't bother including it to sell it cheaper; This vendor recommend using the original manufacturers adapter (EG Apple) so I used my Apple adapter plug that goes into the wall. I had a bunch, already and they provide the cord which is just the micro-usb standard one, so everything is standard on this.For wireless charging with a case: I bought a thin case previously for my iPhone (spigen I think), it's the thin one and I don't have to take it off. I place it on this at night, or before work to top it off and it charges pretty fast but I should note i'm using the Apple iPad adapter (the bigger one - 12w, versus the one we get with phones the smaller 5W one so that might be why). There is no difference I can notice between this and any wall charger in terms of time to charge, but I didn't test it just my observation.This is great at night - when ready to go to sleep, you don't have to turn over, find your charger cord on the nightstand, plug it in while its dark like some mind puzzle trying to find the hole in the phone, plug it in, then turn back over. I flop my arm over, look for soft red light and dump phone right on top, my phone makes the 'bong' sound of charging and screen lights up so i know its on as well as the green light comes on. As the description says, the green light doesn't go off or disappear when fully charged - doesn't bother me at all how I'm using this (not a quick charger).When it is not charging, the is a soft red - but not annoying at all, I dont notice , i actually have to look for it when ready to put phone on it. However, it's on my nightstand so not facing me.Placement: I don't have to be very careful where I put it to have it charge, but you can't just toss it and have any part just touch it either, just generally put center of phone near center of this charger and your'e good, even an inch or more off.I will now buy one for the door as i walk in from garage where we put phones to charge after the day (Iphone 8s for the kids/wife). I'm sure other phones might work better, worse but at least for us with the original adapter from Apple and iphone8 and X, works awesome.NOTE: I've attached pictures - I kept my wired lightning charger for size reference (I still use to charge ipad which isn't wireless).First with light on in room, second with light off and flash off to show light brightness, very muted so perfect. Last is with iphone on it when i just placed it, see light turn green. Phone screen goes dark after obviously, i don't notice green light bc its not too bright and also on desk next to me

I love this thing. It works great! Charges fairly fast, as fast as a plug in charger does anyway. The light on it isn't real bright, which is nice because I've had that issue with past wireless chargers. I can't use them overnight because the light is too bright and keeps me awake. Not this one. It's nice and small and turns green when charging and red when not. The cord it comes with is a little short, but if you're just setting it on your night side table it should be fine. I had a spare 10ft micro USB cord that I used for this charger because my outlet is far away from where I need to keep the charger. No biggie. And I wanted to mention, it is strong enough to use with a popsocket on your phone/case if you have one. I have my popsocket positioned to basically right over the "apple" on the back of my iPhone, and I have a waterproof case on my phone, and this charger still charges just fine. And I don't have the popsocket that the cover comes off or whatever, I have the old one. And I don't take it off to charge. Just have to position it just right on the charger But it's not difficult once you figure it out.

This device is my introduction to wireless charging being that Apple finally decided to jump onboard with this technology. I’m very hesitant about buying 3rd party accessories, especially with the X given the $1000+ price tag, but Apple has yet to release one of their own. The only option on their site is for a Belkin product and I’ve had zero luck with Belkin accessories; I’m pretty rough on them. As I write this review my phone is charging on the yootech base and I’m not having to worry about the twisting & flexing that leads to the destruction of an expensive lightning cord. The entire pad is a “sweet spot” and I’ve yet to have any issues with blinking green lights, I simply put my phone on it and it works as designed. The cons of this device, and the only reasons I didn’t give 5 stars, is the rate of charge is no where near as fast as a direct line into the charging port. However, when I placed it down before going to bed last night I awoke to a 100% charged phone and a charger that had shut itself off. The second reason is confusion regarding the ac adapter. In the short set of instructions that came with the yootech it said only to use the original ac adapter and cord; the box didn’t contain an ac adapter, just the charging pad and android style cord. I double checked the package to ensure I didn’t throw anything away and reread the one page instructions. The instructions contained telltale signs that whoever wrote them wasn’t writing in their native tongue i.e. “charger detective area” rather than “detection” and “before placing on detective area make sure there’s no metal stuff on back of phone.” I emailed customer support at yootech hoping to figure this out and waiting for a response. I’m currently using the ac adapter that came with my phone to power the pad. Other than those two things it’s working great.

I was spectacle about this product because of the low price so i had my husband order his first. Once i saw that indeed it works, I ordered mine. So far, i love it. I use it at work since I always forget to charge my phone at home. It charges super fast and its small enough to put in a small purse in case you have to take it with you. One thing I will say, is that you have to place your phone in a certain spot if not it wont charge. So there is times that I have to move the phone around to find the right spot... this could be inconvenient when you are laying in bed. You can just drop it and it will charge wherever it lands. Thats my only Con about the product...

I like the product very much....it's light weight and full charge my iphone X in 3-4hrs. It's very easy to use and build quality is also good. It's also comes with 1 year warranty.

Used around one month, build quality was good and the cable length was sufficient. But only drawback is fastcharging is not happening. I used 9V - 2A original branded charging adapter but no fast charging.

Best in class and budget. Does the job as mentioned. Good charging rate. Thanks yoo tech for such quality product
