MOBOSI for AirPods Pro 2 Case with Lock, Fit for MagSafe, Black

When I first started using this case, I knew right away that I liked its size and feel. It fits the AirPods Pro 3 perfectly, giving me immediate confidence that my earbuds would be well protected. The Locking Mechanism Works Perfectly. I read several reviews mentioning that the locking feature requires an extra step to open. However, that extra step is exactly what keeps the inner charging case from popping open during a fall. I honestly thought, "That won't happen to me; I've never dropped my earbuds." I was wrong! Real-World Drop Test at the Gym: Today, my luck ran out. I had the case sitting on a gym machine. When I reached for my towel to wipe down the handlebars, the case got caught in the fabric and took a hard dive, slamming right into the heavy metal frame of the workout machine. Without the thick, rugged layer of this Mobosi case, my actual AirPods case would have absolutely cracked. I am so thankful I had this on—it completely saved my earbuds today! Tip for the Black Color: Because the sleek black color blends in a bit too well with dark gym equipment, I attached a colorful shrink-handprint keychain (key for a storage locker) made by my 3-year-old granddaughter. It serves as a perfect visual reminder so I never accidentally leave it behind on a machine. The magnet works well for charging, and the case is not in the way if you want to plug it in for charging. I absolutely love this case and highly recommend it to anyone looking for real peace of mind!

This tough little case is amazing. I love the locking latch on the side that keeps the lid from opening and the earbuds from falling out. The carabiner clip on the side helps me keep it attached to my backpack or crossbody bag and that latch keeps them from falling out. It will still charge your AirPod case on a wireless charger. You will just have to position it just right. It was worth the money to protect my new AirPods.

Edit: - Just came back to say, a year later from original purchase and this case is still holding up amazing. I added a video of its condition after DAILY use for a year. Still looks new - hinge spring and carabiner both function perfectly. One of my most useful Amazon purchases to date. Original review below - Wonderful case! Love the hunter green color I got it in. This was the second AirPods case cover ordered, the first was like many of them out there where the top piece is separate from the rest of the cover and relies on double sided tape to stick and stay on top. Needless to say I did not like this design and began searching for one that optimizes a hinge to keep the top and bottom all one piece when opening and shutting. This case does great at that and at 6 months of daily use the hinge still works well with the spring still functioning. The case itself is made out of very durable material and has protected my AirPods on multiple drops, staying closed when making impact, keeping the AirPods safe inside. It is also not too bulky and comes with a detachable carabiner that is a nice extra bonus if you want to clip the case to something. I often clip it to the inside of my pants pocket, where it’s not visible but stays attached to my person. Great overall buy, would rec and buy again in the future if needed. Five deserved stars.

Great fit and size. It fits snug as a glove around the charging case. The material is dense and feels durable. I don’t find it heavy or bulky. However, I do have an issue with the wireless charging. Magnet adheres to the charging station but the unit wont charge, forcing me to use the cable. Still, not a deal breaker for me. The case consists of 2 pieces which forms a tight seal via magnets. The magnets are strong enough to secure the pods and prevent them from falling out when the case is drop. Evidently, it will take a little force to open. Not a complaint but a great appreciation. It gives the peace of mind knowing that my pods will not fall out when clipped and swung around on my backpack. The case has a cut out slot for lanyard attachment to allow for an alternative carrying option but a lanyard is not provided. Although the kit does come with a carabiner and cleaning tool. It is easy to use and assemble. Overall, it’s a solid case and worth the price.

It works very well, keeps air pods safe and secure. I would just prefer if it opened the same direction as the air pods case. Their design makes sense though, other cases that open with air pods tend to have issues of their own. There are no issues with this case. It’s nice!

Purchased this for my husband’s AirPods Pro 3. They fit great in this case! He is a delivery driver and does a lot of walking and lifting for work. He’s dropped his older AirPods Pro 2 so much that we went through several of them due to ear pieces no longer working. Also didn’t help that he previously had a silicone case that had no protection from being dropped or anything. The closure part on these ones are great and helps keep the AirPods closed and secured. The case is not too big or bulky either. The color options are nice too! We picked orange to stand out so they are easier to find.
