Out of no where the part where the lumee case gets battery charged exploded while my phone was in the case, cheaply made and seems as if they shipped me a used refurnished Lumee case for 14pro max, light isn’t bright, dies fast, cheaply made. Lumee products aren’t made good or are any good anymore

I've purchased Lumee cases for years now and I feel like this one isn't the same quality as they used to be. It's a little less durable and the light feels like it might break at any moment.

The actual case construction feels solid however the mechanism controlling the feature that allows the ring light to pop out broke in a few hours out of no where so now it doesn’t swivel all the way out on its own when unlatching it. Also the actual ring light itself feels and looks cheap and has no other light setting aside from the regular white light.

The media could not be loaded.  Is this a joke? It doesn’t flip up on its own, the light is SO poor, it feels like flimsy cheap plastic. This is maybe worth $15. I mean TOPS

Broke after 3 months

I got this case sent to me last week and it wouldn’t charge so I had them resend me a case and the same thing is happening to the new case. Very unhappy with this product. I can’t even use it because it won’t charge.

The button makes no sense where it is because when you place it on the table the light turns on all the time. And it doesn’t even charge. I have a case I can’t even use.

This is my second one my daughter bought me the first one. If dropped it cracks at less than Two feet not as the ad says. The quality is poor it doesn’t charge properly. For the money it’s not worth it not to mention the cracks..
