I write reviews for extremes, best or worst. And after 1 month of usage, I can say that these headphones are the best bluetooth I have used for office calls of all I have, which is a distinguished list - shokz air, jabra elite 3, airpods, beats studio buds and even bose nc 700. Reason - it does exactly what it is supposed to do perfectly and nothing more. While I had all the above headphones, being a work from home IT consultant and a father of 6yo, I needed a headphone which would meet below criteria; 1. I needed a headphone with mic and both earpieces. 2. I did not want over ear since I am calls atleast 5 hours per day and I stay in tropics. 3. I wanted something small to carry in my attache. 4. I wanted to be able to take calls on mobile also - so atleast dual point bluetooth connection would be nice. 5. I have a room for myself so complete noise cancellation not needed. I wanted noise cancellation for the person on other side, but I should be able hear if my son calls out to me. 6. I did not want a dongle, I have lost far too many to carry this around. I prefer direct bluetooth connection to the device. 7. Finally I wanted dual connection - bluetooth and 3.5 mm port just incase while travelling. This headphones ticks off all the above. The music quality isnt as great as some others I have (nothing can obv match bose). But people on other side get a clear voice. Noise cancellation for people on other side is quite nice and for me point 5 works perfectly. The dual point bluetooth means I can connect to laptop and mobile and can receive the call from both. When on call in one device, if I receive from other, I get beeps and can opt to cancel or receive. The additional benefits - huge battery backup (I use the headphones atleast 5-6 hours every day and yet I need to charge them once a week only. For the duration I use, I do not get any pain or uncomfortable on head or ear. I love the fact that the mic turns both ways so essentially I can use on any ear. And finally the mute button on earpiece is very handy but something I have not seen on any headphone - a red light at end of mic piece is lit when muted which gives a visual away from system as well. Also I want to call out here - I use an HP and a Dell for teams calls and I am able to use all common controls on headphones. At the price this is definately the best gadget you can get. I only wish, they would include a simple carry case.

I liked the product as I am a heavy user, 15 hours a day . it was used by my colleague here in the US, it worked best initially was very satisfied, for a time period, it connects to multiple devices, connects immediately. All was working fine. Nice cancellation was working well then. Comfort was good but hurts after long hours, blootooth only headset not good for health. Had usb attachment only for show. Then it started to give call quality issue on the mic Then mic stopped working . I ordered wireless mic now. No service so waste for me. I bought it for 6k now only as earphones working which is again choppy on the phone. Choose wisely.. won't recommend.

New Updtate: I reached JLAB customer support and shared broken headphones pictures . Customer support responded well and quick and sent me new headphones as compensation. As mentioned below . still the build quality is poor, bit problem with connectivity and mute option . If you use USB instead of blue tooth performance will be good and mute also works well(based on my 3 months of usage). Changed to 4 star from 1 because of the customer support and quick action taken to send me the new product, attached new headphones pic👌 Update: It broke after two months of usage. Not even worth 1000 rs yet they charged 5k+ . Should maintain some build quality if they are charging that much price. Poor choice and pretty bad . Not sure if it covers under warranty Old: It's been a month since I started using this. After long search, I took this headphones over Jabra as it has bluetooth connectivity and for me it is easy to use moving freely. Initially connectivity and mic is good But in next few days 1.Bluetooth is disconnecting intermittently during the calls and I need to disconnect and connect again which is interupting my calls. 2. Suddenly Mic not working and it will work after a while, getting frustrated during calls 3. Mute function is pretty bad , I kept on mute and attended one personal call and it is being herd in the teams call.. sure there is no replacement at this point , and not sure if I can get assistance outside. Overal build quality is so delicate and fragile, I even purchased hardcase for earphones. Not worth the price+5k . Disappointed

**Great Wireless Alternative to My Jabra Wired Headset** I’m using this headset as a wireless alternative to my Jabra wired headset, and it’s been a solid upgrade in terms of convenience. Review after using 2 months - Battery: Good. Charges pretty fast with laptop. Connectivity: Mostly seamless. Sometimes MS Teams doesn't recognize the mic, but works after restarting headphone. Sound: Excellent. Mic: Very poor. It amplifies office noise, so I have to stay on mute even at small pauses. You cannot listen to yourself well while talking. If taking office calls is the main usage then discard it. But if you'll use it mainly for listening and only few calls then it's alright for the convenience at this cost.

I was looking for a wireless headset to use in Office's online meetings. I wanted to have headset which is of good quality, sturdy, good battery backup and light weight. Based on my 1 month usage my review is as follows: Pros: 1. Decent sound quality. 2. Good noise cancellation. 3. Mic quality is good. Cons: 1. Pricey compare to its overall quality. 2. Its not very comfortable to use it for the long hrs. My ears have a pain after using it for one hour or so. 3. It fits very tighly on your ears, which is extremely uncomfortable. 4. Battery life for calls i got is some around 8-10 hrs max. This is poor. 5. It doesn't seamlessly pairup with MS Teams (which is my main use). In between the call, it gets disconnected for fraction of seconds. 6. Also plastic quality of switches are just okay (rather below avg) and doesnt feel premium in usage. Overall headphone is quite heavy (may be due to battery) and it feels bulky in daily use. Not at all comfortable for long calls. Disappointed with overall product compare to it's premium price.

Worst product please save your money and invest in a better product , mic does not work most of the times, randomly mic works sometimes but most of times is fails. Its very embarrassing during on going calls.
