We’ll see. It’s the first one I’ve ever used so I’ve got nothing to compare it with.Really chafes the pipe where the collar clamps down and the torque handle on the flaring tool bent when I was working on a 5/8” pipe. Prep the orifice of the pipe before you flare it and polish it where the collar was attached when you are done. I’ll have my system tested and charged in the next couple of weeks so we’ll see how the connections work then.Tentative 5 stars for now because of affordability and convenience

I have used this set to install a couple mini-split systems to shorten the length of the copper tubing. Make nice, clean flares with no leaks for me.

worked excellent. only complaint is die has sharrp edges leaving a "seam" on crimped tubing sides(not flare part.

Easy to use and worked as expected

Tool makes opening that's very shallow. Not much pipe fits into newly made opening. Also there's a LOT of slop, meaning, a pipe inserted into the newly made opening wiggles way too much and there's too much of a gap between pipes. I will be returning this.
