My son bought this for his workout regime. Is that what you call it? All I know is he loves this protein powder and makes shakes before every workout. He adds a banana and water, a little peanut butter and makes a delicious shake. I've tried it. I also have started putting this in my shakes as well. So yummy! JUST BUY IT!! GIVE IT A TRY! You will love it too.

I’d gladly give this five stars because it has been an amazing source of protein for me and I loved the taste and the flavor! I have been using it now for more than six months and I never tired of it. I have recently added cottage cheese to it, and didn’t think it could get any better, but it is simply creamier! Who would have “thunk?”🤣

I've been using the SIXSTAR 100% Whey Protein Plus in Triple Chocolate flavor for a while now, and I'm honestly impressed. The chocolate flavor is rich without being overly sweet, and it tastes great mixed with either water or milk. It doesn't have that chalky aftertaste that some protein powders have, which makes it much easier to drink every day. Each serving provides 30g of protein, which is excellent for helping me meet my daily protein goals and supporting muscle recovery after workouts. The powder mixes smoothly with very little effort, and I haven't experienced any clumping when using a shaker bottle. One thing I also appreciate is that it keeps me feeling full for longer, making it a convenient option as a post-workout shake or even as a quick snack during busy days. The container size is decent, and the servings offer good value for the price. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the tub could contain a few more servings. Other than that, the quality, taste, and effectiveness have all been great.

Excellent product, best bang for the buck imho. Chocolate is the best flavor for me. Cookies and Creme is also tasty. This is 30 grams of protein per serving. About a dollar each. Cheaper than a protein drink. Caveat: Tough to disolve. Get yourself a shaker as it's difficult to mix. I put some milk and powder in the shaker and shake it up. Take it before or after workouts. It will relieve workout muscle aches. After treadmill to keep the legs from getting sore. Perfect for old geezers like me. Brush your teeth AFTER you drink it, as it sticks to your teeth big time. If you get bad smelly gas, you're getting to much protein. So don't over due it or people will avoid you, lol. Easily digested. No gut aches. Happy workouts to you!
