Brillant book.
This book will be at the front of my stash of recipe books. Although not vegan I am keen to eat more plant based meals and I COULD be convinced by this book to go the full distance. The recipes are clear and concise and the macro nutrients are well balanced using ingredients that can be sourced easily. Very easy to read and understand, and great to be able to only use one pan - put it in the oven and hey presto a tasty healthful meal or treat when you take it out. As a lovely treat the first recipe I will be trying very soon will be the white chocolate and raspberry scones - oh my goodness my mouth is watering already. The photography is excellent too so you know exactly what you’re aiming for. If you’re looking to introduce more plants to your diet in a simple way or go fully plant based then this is the book for you.

We love Lucy!
I finally received this book the other day (I have been counting down the days since my preorder) and it just all looks so beautiful! I have just taken her “Coffee & Walnut Scones” out of the oven and they look and smell delicious! I’ve been a follower of Lucy for a couple of years and have made countless recipes of hers and every single one has always been a hit! So when I found out she was releasing a book I couldn’t not get it! Her recipes are always fuss free, fool proof yet insanely delicious! We aren’t even a vegan household (my partner is a massive meat eater but loves every recipe of Lucy’s I’ve made!) I still have yet to eat a recipe from her book but I know they will all be amazing because Lucy’s recipes have always wowed me ! This book is a must for all, whether you’re vegan or not!

Soooooo tasty
This book was so well written and simplified how to cook such tasty delicious recipes. I’m not a vegan but have enjoyed every recipe I e made so far and not missed any non vegan ingredients at all. I would recommend this to all food lovers.

MUST READ & MUST EAT.
This book is not just for vegans, it is bursting with fresh, tasty recipes to suit all. Whether you are new to vegan cooking, or need some quick meal ideas, or even if you are hosting a dinner party there are recipes to suit all occasions. I have followed whatluceeats since I saw her association with Sainsburys and her new venture has been everything that I was waiting for.

Helping me on my way to Veganism
Fantastic recipes that are a pleasure to make and totally eradicates the idea that plant-based food is boring. I'm not a vegan (or a vegetarian) but am making a conscious effort to reduce my meat intake and eat more mindfully which this cookbook has certainly helped me to do. My carnivore boyfriend is also a big fan!

Delicious and super easy- great find
So pleased this book landed through the post box last week! The recipes I’ve tried so far have been easy to make and really tasty. I have a couple of veggie days each week and now converting these to vegan days. Wonderfully laid out and easy to follow this would make a perfect gift to any cookbook collection

Delicious
I’ve only had this book for a few days but already tried out 2 recipes and I was not disappointed! Absolutely delicious and easy to follow! Washing up is what puts me off cooking so only having 1 pan makes it so much easier! Definitely recommend! You won’t be disappointed.

I’m trying to consume less animal products, and this book is brilliant for inspiration and proves that eating plant based meals can be tasty and easy to make.

For vegan cooks who can’t cook!
I love that there is a photo of the ingredients prepared ready to start cooking then a photo showing how the dish looks when finished. For someone who is not an experienced cook or who like me does not especially like to cook but wants to eat healthy vegan food, it is perfect One can see what the item looks like and how to cut, slice, etc.

Easy vegan
Easy main vegan dishes, interesting seasoning. Needs some products that are hard to get, but can substitute for semi-vegan. Food tens to be a little dry. Good introduction to Vegan cooking

I was hoping for recipes that had less processed ingredients. Many recipes call for meat substitutes.
