This thing cuts through chicken wing joints easily. If you eat a lot of wings, and need a tool to disjoint them. this does the job easily and with out a lot of effort.

These kitchen shears are perfect for cutting chicken. They ate comfortable and easy to clean.

I have not used them to cut up a chicken yet but with close inspection and cutting some beef jerky they look and feel sharp and sturdy. One potential problem I see is that the “top handle” has a rather square edge that lines up with a knuckle on the inside of my thumb and started to really feel that pressure point after cutting some light cardboard as it continually rubbed the corner against the joint. I will likely file down the plastic handle a bit in that area to avoid the pain that would come from repeated use on something that requires a bit of hand force. One good point is thry work fine in either hand so you can share the work between hands. Bordering on a 3⭐️🥵🤔Also the blade latch-lock takes almost zero effort to move. I could see the potential for it barely touching something and locking the blades closed which would be annoying. Can’t wait to get cutting!

I ordered these kitchen shears so I could spatchcock a turkey on Thanksgiving. They were very sturdy, heavy duty and cut right through the turkeys backbone and neck. Very high quality and durable and I believe these should last for a very long time. Good purchase at a fair price.

Very good quality here. These are nice and sharp and they seem to keep that sharp edge.

Very useful and comfortable to hold. Just make sure to sharpen it with knife if you will use it for meat.
