Helps keep your posture pretty well. It took a couple tries to get the fit comfortable but it still hugged my armpits weird. There was a very strong chemical smell after taking it out of the package. Had to let it air out outside for a couples days for it to be better.

Should include better instructions, but it feels like it is working
