Watched a review of ukuleles available from Amazon and this was one that had been owned by the reviewer (ukulele teacher) for years and she said it was one of the most frequently used in her extensive collection as she liked it so much.This was enough to convince me that this was the one for me to try and I’m so glad I did.It came with case, tuner, strap spare strings and best of all it sounds great.I decided to give the ukulele a try having enjoyed a local ukulele band performance at a fete - we know one of the members quite well and they said they’d picked it up reasonably quickly.Easy to tune with the clip on tuner (I used an app to generate starting note and went from there). Nylon strings so not too uncomfortable on finger tips for a beginner but initially stretch and need frequent retuning.Lots of excellent resources online to learn along with so just find the teacher that appeals to you.If you want a book 21 songs in six days is good and has some chord charts in the back for reference - it will get you playing songs quickly.All in all a lovely looking instrument and well finished and sounds great.Excellent value and would consider this make if I fancy trying another size.

What a great product, really not bad at all, looks great quality and sounds great. For this price, you cannot fault it!. Highly recommended and great for beginners. Comes with a nice bag and accessories, delivery was prompt and this is just lovely.

Good for a beginning Ukulele. Comes out of tune pretty often, but not too often. With all the accessories and the Ukulele itself. Worth the price, despite the accessories being pretty small and cheaply made themselves.

I Can't/ I have a solid spruce Kala, and I enjoy the tone. While I hoped this would be another good buy, it is not. I will return it.The finish is basically good, but as another reviewer commented, the open headstock is rough and unsanded. It's like their machine manufacturing process moved it to finish without hand sanding.While the headstock issue is relatively small, the neck bows low (concave). That is a show-stopper.Last, the E string rubs against the center post of the open headstock. That will influence sound, tuning, and string durability.If you want an inexpensive uke for a beginner, this might be the one for you. However, inspect it carefully. Or, if you can, take it to someone with experience. If the flaws on yours are minor, you might want to keep it. Otherwise, don't subject a new uke player to an instrument that could damper their enthusiasm.

I was mildly surprised when I opened the box and looked at this instrument. All the joints are nice and smooth. The finish is even. There are no rough spots that I have found.The sound is good, and the instrument stays in tune much better than I thought it would. The included accessories all work as intended.My only complaint is that the fret edges are not all smooth. My son has a couple of small scratches on his fingers, but they aren't bad enough to cut. As long as your hand positioning is good you won't really notice.Overall, this instrument is much nicer than I thought I'd get for $65. It's perfect for a beginner to learn on.
