A little overpriced
Brought for my 5 year old. It’s okay. Not amazing. It doesn’t really do much for the money. The touch screen isn’t very responsive and it’s also actually quite big to be a ‘phone’. She has a tablet that was cheaper and does X3 more than this phone. Probably wouldn’t buy it again.

Overpriced junk
After my daughter pestered for 12mths for this we finally relented as a Christmas. Two months later it doesn’t work, messaging feature has logged out and despite trying to reset it with a new password it still doesn’t work.An absolute waste of money

Good device that need improvements.
The media could not be loaded. This “tablet” it’s actually quite good, as it has a lot of interactive games, you can download music, ebooks and leapfrog for more learning. What I like the most is that parents can really control what the child can have in there and they can’t just download things unless the parent puts the password and allows it. Also the communication chat is also brilliant. The fact that you can also limit screen time it’s a great thing. It is also possible to download external apps like Amazon video, however it does get more complicated, and perhaps not as save, they can navigate the web too, however this is something I switched off as my child is quite small to do that. I have to say that the picture quality or the pictures aren’t that great, but I guess is because we are so used to our phones that we find this for children quite bad. I’m the other hand I imagine this is done so that if they drop it, it resist the drops. I love the camera bit as my daughter loves to take pictures and is always grabbing my phone for that. The set up is quite easy, you just need to register to a few things, charge the device and it’s ready to use. I did found quite tricky to download the ebooks, games etc, but at the end I managed to do that. Overall I think is a good device, which needs more improvements, but for a small child, that you want to teach through this technology is not bad, the price is quite high but it can be worth the money, if used accordingly, and the child likes it.

Okay for a little fun but can get boring after a while.
My niece tried this out and while she enjoyed it for a while, she soon got bored of it. She enjoyed taking pictures with it but the apps were a mixed bag. The device is basically a budget android type phone in a large kids toy design. The screen is a fingerprint magnet so you’ll need to regularly clean it. The battery life was a little disappointing. For the money, it’s not too bad to be fair considering it is basically a phone sized tablet for kids but there are other options such as the Kids Fire tablets that if you’re willing to pay a little more, are a much better option in my opinion.
