I’m a year late but I hope you’re still alive. Too much iron will turn your poop black and bloody. If you’re seeing this please stop taking these and seek medical attention.

Does this iron supplement include Heme?

Best way to get heme iron is to actually eat red meat and don’t cook your meat till it’s all brown. Do you want a pink in the middle, At least. If you have an iron deficiency, you should definitely be eating meat. I am severely anemic from being veg@n. It ruined my body. I haven’t been vegan for a very long time, but I was veg@n for 10 years and, most veg@ns have iron deficiency’s and it for me. It’s a good idea to eat. Just eat a steak to get your heme iron and of course, take your supplement with a vitamin C
