Tranquil mind or i sleep soundly? trying to decide which to purchase..

I slept better with Tranquil Mind than when using I Sleep Soundly, but everyone is different. For me personally, I use Tranquil Mind.

Is it better to take in the morning or at night?

I have never taken it in the morning. I have only taken it at night, it really helps me sleep and quiet my mind when my brain/ mind is overactive and can't turn off the chatter. Hope this helps.
