The towel bar in 24” form requires connecting two pieces of rod together. Unlike other products I’ve worked with where the two rods screw together, this has a piece of plastic that comes out of the small extension rod and slips into the longer rod. This is a flimsy connection that causes the rod to wobble. I improved it by wrapping tape around the plastic bit to tighten the connection but it still wobbles. If you use as an 18” towel bar you would have no issues, and all other components are great as is the overall modern, clean style. Installing is straight forward but the Allen key included allows for a 180 degree turn then you have to remove and reset to do it again. It takes about 6-8 of such moves to tighten the base to the wall bracket. This is annoying! Despite the flimsy towel bar, I’m going to keep it because the style is great and the price was very reasonable and the other parts are top notch.

Best bath accessories for the price, and I’ve installed a lot of these things. Materials is top notch, templates are accurate and easy to use, and screws and anchors are high quality. The whole kit comes with everything you need and is sturdy and well made. Don’t plan on extending the towel bar length, the extender bar is lousy.

These look just as pictures. They are very pretty and they are substantial- the “ends” or base that you attach to the wall is pretty heavy, not hing flay about this set. The chrome finish is very nice. All around, nice. The only thing that would be more helpful is if the guide for the towel rack mounting were cardboard so it would be very easy to hold up to the wall for alignment. Paper is fine but you tape it up then when taking it down it can tear and if you want to recheck things before drilling/screwing in anchors, it’s a hot mess. Other than that small annoyance the products are very nice and I would buy again.

These look and feel great. All items are heavy duty. For the number of pieces you get the in the set is a great value. Size and color are also a plus. My husband had no problem installing with the instructions sent with package. Should be functional with no issues.

Let me start by saying, I am an industrial engineer. It is my job to break down a process into tasks and make sure the machine, tool, person, etc required to perform this task is as efficient as possible. The only way I can imagine this product being as terrible of an experience as it is would be to hire an evil version of me to ensure every step is as annoying, unintuitive, and frustrating as possible. First off, the template included in the package. It has the appearance of an engineering drawing with leaders showing the measurements between the holes one would need to drill and proclaimed a no drill installation! However, upon using said template (after smoothing out the creases to ensure accuracy) I discovered that the length of said template does not match the clearly printed measurements. It is, in fact, ⅛” too short making installation of the towel racks nearly impossible. A fact only discovered after putting holes and drywall anchors into my nice new sheetrock. This would be bad enough but it does not stop there. If one is fortunate enough not to use the template and measures the appropriate length for the drill holes they may run into several other lovely issues. The drywall anchors included are very low quality and sometimes the threads simply do not catch in the sheet rock, the one thing they are allegedly designed to do. This turns the anchor into a giant drillbit which carves a sizable hole into the wall before uselessly spinning in place rather than, you know, anchoring anything. In the fortuitous event the anchor performs its one and only function one must then contend with the truly horrendous screws included in the kit. The metal used is so soft I stripped them easily by hand in just a couple of slips of the screwdriver. One screw even sheared clean into two pieces leaving a small piece of metal logged in my wall. If the gods are on your side and you have experienced none of the above issues you will then have to actually mount the things. The instructions included tell you to mount one side of the towel rack and then to assemble the rod and the mount for the other end and mount them after. However, due to the rod slotting in sideways and the mount attaching to the bracket by sliding it down over the top, this is nearly impossible due to the bar needing to slide sideways into the holder. The pieces (especially the towel rack) do not hold together well when not tightened down with the mounting screws. This means to install them you have to hold all of the pieces together while tightening the mounting screw or they will shift off the mounting brackets and fall apart. The pieces fit on the mounting brackets by pressing down on them but to tighten the screws one must push up… easily removing the items from the mounting bracket. This is enough on its own to earn a poor review but it is not the most egregious issue. Whoever decided to include a miniscule allen wrench to tighten a screw placed ~1/16” of an inch from the wall is an evil genius of epic proportions. The screw is small and close to the wall and thus quite hard to see and align the wrench. A task that must be performed repeatedly as the wrench is unable to complete more than a third of a turn before it or you fingers run up against the wall the item is mounted to requiring the wrench be removed from the screw and reset multiple times before the mounting screw is fully tightened. Whoever designed and approved these items has a special place in hell prepared for them where they will have to install one of these for each time some poor soul was subjected to it in the real world so they can appreciate the suffering they have caused to their fellow human beings. Until such time as this just punishment is meted out I hope this review can save others from the fate I have suffered.

Good product. Save money to buy a set instead of individure ones.

I had been shopping around for a while for the right bathroom set for our new reno that had a black and white theme. We bought others that were lesser quality so returned those. When I saw this set on for a reduced price, glad I jumped at buying. We love it

all components look great and have been durable

Bought a no-name brand initially which was disappointing in finish and weight. Ordered Delta set as a replacement and great quality evident.

Purchased these for our renovated bathroom and they are great quality and classy!
