Great Stuff
I am VERY please with how well this works!!!!! I had my cholesterol check (and got not so great numbers) It was 269. Had my blood work done two weeks after taking this 3 times a day and it had dropped to 229. Pretty amazing :)

Berberine with Quercetin
I purchased for my husband to support prescription meds in an effort to lower type 2 blood sugar readings. I first purchased another high rated brand in July that seemed to lower readings but only slightly. Then I read about the need for Quercetin to be taken with Berberine in order for the body to fully process. This is the 2nd month he has been taking this brand. His readings have dropped slightly more and he has lost a few pounds. This seems like a good product, especially if you research and have realistic expectations. I also think it is part of a process that may take several months to see better results. We hope to see this positively affect his blood pressure and other readings but are going to watch over the next several months. I have read it takes about 6 months to start really seeing results.

Good for SIBO
I use it to heal SIBO (small intestine bacterial overgrowth). Berberine, in conjunction with oil of oregano oreganol), did a better job that Xifaxin, a 3400.00 per month prescription. I give four stars now because I am new to this brand, and a month is what is typically required to see dramatic results. I've been eating a diet higher in FODMAPs than usual due to other food sensitivities and I noticed my primary SIBO symptom reappearing. I purchased this to nip it in the bid before it grows into a major problem again. So far, so good.

Great stuff
I purchased these for my husband because after feeling ill he went to the emergency room and was diagnosed with diabetes. The medicine they prescribed was running out before he could get an appointment with a specialist. I did some research and found that Berberine was helpful to those with diabetes.. taking the berberine with the metformine made his numbers decline greatly. He is almost back in the normal range after a month and a half of taking both medications three times a day. His specialist gave him a different medication and he continues to take the berberine. The numbers keep dropping. Hopefully he will not need them much longer. He does exercise and monitors his diet daily. I am thankful the berberine was available.

Helps Acne and Stabilizes Blood Sugar
This berberine does a good job for the price and has the cofactors quercitin to boost absorption. This supplement has help clear up my bad acne and stabilized my blood sugar. Now I'm not affraid to enjoy higher glycemic foods every now and then without consequences.

I am using this Berberine Complex with Gynema Sylvestre for weight loss
I am using Vivorigins Advanced Berberine in combination with Gymnema Sylvestre. So far I have lost around 5 pounds. I am sticking with it to see if I can continue to lose more.
