Tahari Space Dye Infinity Scarf Dark Shades

Great scarf! I found I actually needed a rather heavier scarf than usual this last week and this filled the bill nicely! Very attractive and very warm, too.

This scarf is attractive and it keeps me warm! Can actually be too warm sometimes, but it's a nice scarf and it adds a bit of style and drama when I wear it.

This Tahari scarf has a marled knit and is so comfortable, soft and warm. I put it on instantly and it really warmed me up on a cold, blustery Fall day. The material is 100% Acrylic but if I hadn't known I would have thought it had some real wool in it as it is so warm. Maybe it's due to the soft and open ribbed knit.I love the gradual shading which goes from black and white to light to dark charcoal, that works with any outfit - gray, black, white or charcoal or even blue and red. I like that this scarf is a little more stretchy and light than some other circle scarves I've purchased earlier, as it does not feel heavy and weighted around the neck. If you don't have a longer neck, this type of scarf looks better than the ones that are much thicker and heavier. As soon as I wore it my teenager wanted to try it on, it's pretty cool looking.I took one star off, as I agree with other reviewers that it is a bit too expensive on Amazon. I've purchases similar scarves from department stores for a little less. Elie Tahari is a known brand, and from the design of the label I was wondering if this is a knockoff as Elie Tahari also sells a Space Dye scarf that is available for less at Nordstrom Rack right now and it looks very similar.[Received free or discounted product to test for a candid review]

The scarf is 13” wide and about 32” long when lying flat, so it would have a circumference of about 64”. This is hard to measure because there is a lot of stretch in the fabric.The scarf has three color gradients. It starts off as a white with black, goes to a black and white, and then a black with white. This is interesting as it can almost looks like two different scarfs depending on which side you have out. This infinity scarf is beyond awesome.For one thing, it's the perfect length. It snuggles up to my neck with just the right amount of give, unlike some scarves that either feel too drapey or are too constricting.It's also super super warm. I wore it one night when the temps were in the 30s, and it kept my neck and upper chest area quite toasty warm. Yet I don't think it's too warm that I couldn't wear it indoors with a light sweater or top.I have the black/grey one, and love the colors, too. I got this in exchange for an honest review so I wasn't expecting much. But, I am pleasantly surprised! I got the black colored one which is a nice mixture of black and white/gray colors. This is very attractive looking. It isn't snagged in any way and is packaged safely in a plastic bag. Also, it is extremely soft and warm. It's the perfect time of year for this. The wife is going to use this and she is very excited to have this!
