Been using it for few months. It's having issue now. The plate gets stuck everytime we press. The plat is stuck and not going up and it's giving us weird sound like the plate is trying to come up.

It need to buy volt converter to work in UAE , then it not work good. As i face many Errors ( code E1 ) Wast of money

UPDATE: Loved it at first but then it broken. The up/down motion of the press stopped working, so while it would still heat up, the press would not close or come in contact with the base, rendering it useless. Attempts to reach the seller received no response. Broke outside of return date but still under warranty but the seller is unreachable. I absolutely love this heat press! So much better than the conventional design. Easy in and out with the ironing board, no more big heavy clunker press handles, a timer that does the work for you. Fits thick items in easily. So many safety features, auto off, cool touch ironing board, fewer potential burned fingers, scorched products, or forgot to turn off. I love it. And the sleek modern design is beautiful. I couldn't be more impressed. Well worth the cost and not really any more expensive than the other styles.

This heat press is fantastic. I have had no issues with the operation of the machine. It is consistent with its heat across the plate. Every project has turned out perfect. I have had it now for more than three weeks, and have sublimated more than 100 projects and I’ve had no issues. It is a superb value for the cost.

Love love love. (Did I mention I love my press) No more wondering if it has enough pressure or timing. Pre-set and push the button. Note: always use a liner or your sublimation ink will sublimate onto the pad. Also if something small falls behind the tray it is HARD to retrieve especially as the machine is hot. It also takes a lot of power and makes my lights flicker so make sure not to run anything else at the same time. (Small in conveniences for a great product)
