Eat This, Jam Orange Saffron Cardamom, 5 Ounce

Nice presentation in the little Weck jar but the taste is a little muddy.Update 6 months later: This has been sitting in my refrigerator daring me to eat it. I did, on a toasted English muffins over cream cheese for breakfast and I find it delicious, not muddy and not a gigantic waste of money either. Instead, that little jar has been an inspiration to put together all my treasures from my spice cabinet and the fruit that seems to reside far too long in my refrigerator and make my own creations to put in my own little Weck jars for a lovely presentation with my antique silver spoons to serve on cheese, chicken breast, etc., it only takes a little more than an hour to cook up to or three jars. I might buy all the "eat this" flavors for inspiration. It is cheaper than books, does not get dusty and you can eat it.

I bought this on a lark. I mean who wouldn't like Bacon Marmalade - yummy!

WOW! Friends brought this over for dinner and we served with a great cheddar cheese and a Pinot Noir! Highly addictive stuff! Be prepared to consume in one sitting! Love!
