But like all pillows, I'd found that they raise your head a little too high and tilt your head forward when you sleep on your back partially closing your airways. This is one of the reasons I slept on my side so that the side of my head was better supported but then you are laying on your arm. This pillow perfectly provides support for your neck and the back of your head while keeping your neck straight and relaxed and your airways open. Really great product.

This pillow is not deep enough - only 9", keep slipping! It should be the same depth as the width!Basic covered foam!I paid A$69.69 - expensive! Not happy!
