No longer ships flat
I previously bought this product when it was shipped flat. I was very satisfied with it because it would lie flat and it was thick enough to avoid the indentations caused by a chair.I recently purchased what I thought was the same product, but it is not. It came shipped rolled up, to minimize shipping costs, I assume. However, it is not the same product. It is thinner and much more susceptible to indentations from an office chair. Worse, it retains the rolled up appearance and is unsightly.I would rate the first product as a 5. The recent product rates a 2.

not many like this available ....
I ordered this some months ago as my old one was cracked badly. It came rolled up tightly; however, if you put a space heater blowing air through the roll, it unrolls easily and will fit perfectly where I want it. Seems like a quality product but I'll know in a few months if it cracks or not.

Stiff and thin
Mat is thin. I came in a roll and was difficult to lay flat. When I finally got it flat it is so thin my chair rollers sink in to it and I only weigh 170lbs. I would not buy this again.

Have someone help you unroll it!
Man this thing is thick, and I will assume I will get some years of use out of it. However, it took all of my body strength to unroll this!! Holy moly! I am gonna just assume I will get this thing flattened out over time, which is no big deal, I just hope I never have to unroll it again, wow! I will update if for some reason it doesn't do what it is intended to do, so far so good!

Do not Buy
Online it clearly states that is ships flat. It does not. It comes rolled up and it will not lay flat. Mine still have ridges in it after 3 days in the sun. Just a terrible chair mat. I returned it.
