Quality craftsmanship, well designed and implemented.Product picture is an accurate representation of design and color (I got the blue “cute little kitty” one).(I haven’t put it in the microwave - that’s not how I make my drinks. And I don’t wash my nice and/or novelty dishes, and certainly not ceramics, in the dishwasher - why anyone would is beyond me, it’s like washing your expensive lace undies in the washing machine - a sure way to ruin/reduce the life expectancy of your things. Though I have no reason to believe that the indications to the use+care are in any way inaccurate.)Prompt delivery as promised. Would purchase again. Actually considering getting another in a different design both for myself (for home, this one lives at my office) and for a friend (fellow cat-obsessed coworker).

It's bigger than I thought it was, nice surprise. But wish they would have double glazed it, so if it gets washed in the dish washer, that maybe it won't fade, not sure if it will or not, but will hand wash it for sure. SUPER CUTE.

Bought the cup with the dog on the front as a gift for someone. The cup was perfect and I almost kept for myself. :) Nice quality ceramic mug should keep coffee hot longer. Nice size to hold the perfect amount of coffee. It was quick to on the delivery too! I'm going to have to older one for myself!

The mug is even cuter than the picture. If you are a cat fan and I am you will love you morning coffee in this mug. I ordered a blue and pink one. Each has slightly different cat pictures. I am having my morning coffee in the pink one today’s. The included spoon has a ceramic paw print on the top of the spoon handle.

This mug is super cute!! It’s a gift for my sister and she loves it! It’s very practical and the one issue id say is that the lid it comes with doesn’t have any silicon on the sides to keep it on the cup but it’s still awesome!

Picture is exactly as shown.Love that it's microwave safe.Lid and spoon that comes along is a plus.Dislike:I didn't pay attention when I first saw and purchased it, but the mug has a curve shape at top...which makes it hard to stick your hand in if trying to clean with a sponge.A bit heavier than expected. I have a larger mug that's lighter than this one.

I bought this for a friend. She LOVED it. This is well constructed. I DO NOT recommend anyone using a dishwasher with this though. It's also fragile. My friend dropped it, and it chipped slightly. Nothing too major though
