Do yourself a favor, DO NOT buy this piece of crap!
This item got one star because that's the lowest rating possible, it isn't that good. First off, it arrived three days late, I had specified two day shipping. The instructions are gibberish printed in a font so small as to require a magnifying glass to read them. There are two small button batteries included which must be placed in an impossibly small slot deep in the case. After much struggle, I got one in. Since those are supposedly for the memory function if power is lost, I put in the three AA batteries required, and tried to set the clock. I was unsuccessful in that. Finally, the clock comes with a USB cable for power, but the neglected to include the part that plugs into the wall outlet.

The best that can be said is nice design and nice concept. However, the set-up instructions are terse and written by someone only partially familiar with the English language. They are neither intuitive nor easy to follow. Keep at it and you'll eventually get there. I bought this for a bedside table but the dimmest setting is way to bright. The default time setting includes the indoor temperature, seems to read about 3 degrees F low. Note that before installing the three AA batteries you need to first insert two AG3 batteries to retain settings when changing batteries. Also note that there is no wall outlet cord included. It comes only with a USB cable. Finally, the case is said to be wood but mine is woodgrained plastic. All that said, it sure looks nice in the daylight hours.

Nice looking but difficult to set and quite bright
Looks nice and time is easy to read. BUT it's too bright at night (in my opinion) even on the dimmest setting, the temperature doesn't seem to be very accurate. I didn't like it and took it to work. When I move it from one place to another the temperature doesn't change even though it's definitely cooler in some areas than others. If you lose the directions you are in trouble! Setting things is not at all intuitive. I haven't been able to find a copy of them online.

Feeling regret
I needed a simple alarm clock, so I pulled up the top rated ones on Amazon and purchase this based on customer reviews. I love the design, but it’s easier to change the ringer or the brightness than it is to simply turn the alarm on. Going on three weeks and I still can’t figure it out.

The weekend alarm is a nice idea, but doesn't work
I'll probably have to get rid of it away. The instructions for setting multiple alarms aren't in english and the buttons don't work. The weekend alarm is a nice idea, but doesn't work. The clock is very bright without a dimmer. Looks nice, but that's it.

pretty but...
It looks nice, but totally could not figure out how to set it. I could not even come close to figuring out the directions. After about thirty minutes the best I could do was get the hour setting correct and the minutes no. At that point was afraid to continue on so told my husband it was off by ten minutes, get used to it as I was afraid I would screw the time up worse if I tried to correct it. Supposedly there is a year and month setting but good luck finding and setting them...
