Nutra Black Mission Figs 9 oz(Pack of 2)

My husband loves these figs. Took awhile to get but the product is great.

I take one packet of these, remove the stems and chop coarsely in my food processor. Pop all into a pot and cover with water. Add a pinch of salt, bring to boil, then simmer and add balsamic vinegar to taste. Add a little more water if needed while cooking. Simmer to the texture you like. Store in fridge. It’s fabulous! I take Gorgonzola cheese, mix it with sour cream and mayo. Spread this over a Wassa cracker and top with this fig jam.

These are nice. Not the shoe leather type.

I get a pack of two each month on the subscribe and save plan. Very satisfied, they are moist out and have a good texture and flavor. As long as these facts remain, I will continue

I had gotten these figs a number of times. In the past they have always been good as in fresh and tasty. Unfortunately this time was different, the figs smelled bad and tasted worse. The figs were like they had gone rotten and spoiled.

Very good figs. These 9 oz packages of this brand are not resealable so I prefer this brand in 8 oz pouches that are resealable. They are soft and moist and work well in a food processor for a cookie filling recipe.

It is pricey but very good I have used this in many recipes with excellent results

The Nutra Black mission figs are very good quality, better than I had expected. Unfortunately I ordered these for a recipe which called for dried figs, and chose them because Amazon said they could have them here in time. They didn't. These really are too good to use in bread anyway.The fact is that I oredered these only because of the promised delivery date. It did not work out, but I am glad I tried them. They are much better than what we have been getting at Costco.
