The blue is light or royal blue?

I did not purchase either of those colors. I went for the white and yellow. What I can write is the colors are true to form. So what you see is what you will get. But also they run a little small. So to be comfortable go a size up and if it turns out to be too big at least you are able to put a sock in them.

How do i return it because the color is not what the pict show?

Are the blue boots as pastel as shown? In some reviews they appear much darker
